Being able to setup printers and deploy them to staff so easily. Printer logic has all the web portals available in one spot so troubleshooting issues is simple. I like the floor plan option. It makes it easy for the end user to choose the printers they like and ignore the others. We manage multiple sites in many states, users can easily print something in a remote office if they so choose. I also like that it frees up IT from printer deployment. Extremely easy to use and manage. It also very easy for the users to use. It makes my jobs as an administrator very easy. You can easily assign specific printers to groups or individual machines even customize defaults. It also now supports wildcarding which makes it super easy to administer. The biggest downside I can think of would be the cost. It is based per printer queue, so if you have a lot of printer queues it can get quite expensive. It can someones be a bit painful to define printing defaults but works well once defined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
