## PrinterLogic Reviews
  ### 1. Progress defined, and room for improvement, but close to indispensible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** randy a. | Sr IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

* Ease of use to provision and maintain on-network and off-network printers as needed.
* Allowing for printer management at remote events with the PrinterLogic IRS.
* Automatically deploying printer drivers and settings the moment someone connects to the network that the printer is on.

* User Interface helps with it's simplicity and ease of use.
* Integrates well with both current and new printers added to the printer fleet.
* Remote performance is increased with the IRS, making things even more transparent.

* The UI + the intergration + ease of use + IRS makes it an ideal tool to have on the road going forward.
* Making printer support at any event 'night and day' easier.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

* Updates, upgrades, and refinements have made PrinterLogic a different tool than the last time I wrote about PrinterLogic. I think the ability to upload and update drivers is probably the least liked task in using PrinterLogic. If there's a way to perform this task automatically, including the firmware updates for units in the printer fleet would go a long way to making PrinterLogic beyond indispensible.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Centralized printer addition for users, and printer driver updates for admins
* Automatically deploying printers to anyone connecting to the network that the printers are on is the biggest benefit.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hi Randy,
We appreciate the nice review of PrinterLogic and glad it's easy to use and working well for your team. Also, thanks for the constructive feedback about your desire for a more streamlined process for driver/device updates and about the config files. I'll pass along your thoughts to the appropriate teams. If you ever need our award winning support team, please contact us.

  ### 2. Best print management software we have found

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | IT Systems Engineer, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The biggest thing we love is how easy it is to use, both on the technology side and for the end user. It’s intuitive for end users to find the printer they want and install it without hassle. It’s also straightforward for our tech team to set up printers and roll them out quickly. Customer service has consistently been great and very helpful whenever we’ve needed support. The performance and uptime has been great! It never feels slow or laggy. It integrates with all our HP and Ricoh printers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

There really isn’t anything we dislike about it, other than the fact that it isn’t cheap. You do get what you pay for, but it may be priced on the higher end compared with other products in this area.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Microsoft printing, and getting Azure devices to connect to a printer was a real pain. We also had a hard time managing printers and drivers. This solved all of those problems and let us get rid of the 10 print servers we had running. It’s also opened up a lot of features we simply didn’t have before.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to share this detailed review, David! We're thrilled to hear that PrinterLogic has become the best print management software in your environment.
It's awesome to see how we've helped your team eliminate print servers and streamline your printing infrastructure. Removing those 10 print servers while simultaneously solving your Azure device connectivity challenges is exactly the kind of operational efficiency and modernization that drives real ROI. Your IT team can now focus on strategic priorities instead of print server maintenance.
We also really appreciate your kind words about our customer service and support team. Knowing that PrinterLogic delivers consistent performance and uptime in an enterprise education environment with over 1,000 employees tells us we're doing our job right. Your seamless integration with HP and Ricoh devices, combined with the new features you've discovered, positions your organization perfectly for future printing needs.
Thank you again for being a valued PrinterLogic customer. We look forward to continuing to support your institution's printing success.

  ### 3. Very useful product for centralizing and coordinating printer drivers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | Senior Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

This is a very easy product to use and was quite straightforward to install and configure. The performance is very good, and the automatic updates of end user drivers is very reliable. We currently use the printer driver repository function the most heavily as end users in our academic departments access it pretty much every day. It was very easy to load on our endpoints and simplifies the process of getting the proper enterprise printers set up on departmental computers. Their customer support has been very helpful on the few occasions that we have needed to contact them. We currently are in conversation with Vasion about expanding the use of PrinterLogic/Vasion Print and have discussed various ways that it could be integrated with other printing support functions. They have been very interested in our use cases and ideas for building out the features in the product. We are very happy with the product and with the Vasion support and sales teams, and we consider the pricing of the product to be reasonable with a good ROI. We have only recently begun to delve into the newer AI features, but they, along with the Support & Training resources embedded in the product, have been very useful for onboarding new users. Insulating end users from having to deal with installing printer drivers is a very positive feature for us.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The only thing I dislike about PrinterLogic/Vasion Print is something that we brought upon ourselves. We gave too many people access to edit the collection of drivers, and thus ended up with a bunch of duplicates and old drivers that never get updated because the person who created them is no longer in the support position that they were in when they created it. We are in the process of cleaning this up and optimizing the collection in general for better centralized support. We have a fleet of printers through Canon, so there are not that many different models that we have to deal with, just a lot of printers in a lot of locations. The support folks at Vasion have been a great resource for us in this effort.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic/Vasion Print takes a lot of end user consulting time out of the picture by automating the printer setup process. This frees up departmental as well as core consultants and engineers for more technical or enterprise oriented project work. Insulating the end users from having to understand and deal with printer drivers has been a boon.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this comprehensive and thoughtful review, Bruce! Your detailed feedback—spanning ease of use, performance, support experience, and ROI—provides exactly the kind of real-world perspective that helps our community understand the practical impact of PrinterLogic/Vasion Print in enterprise academic environments.
We genuinely appreciate your transparency about the driver repository management challenge you encountered. Your experience is a valuable teaching moment for other organizations: the power of centralized control comes with the responsibility of governance. We're thrilled that our support team has been helpful as you optimize and consolidate your Canon printer fleet across multiple locations. That kind of collaborative partnership is exactly what we aim for.
What excites us most is hearing about your exploration of our newer AI features and the embedded Support & Training resources. This is where intelligent print automation truly evolves—moving beyond simple deployment to predictive optimization and autonomous troubleshooting. The fact that you're already seeing value and planning expansion conversations with our team tells us you're positioned to unlock even more efficiency.
Your point about insulating end users from driver complexity while freeing your departmental and core consultant teams for strategic, enterprise-oriented work captures the real ROI story perfectly. In academic environments managing thousands of printers across distributed departments, that's a game-changing shift in resource allocation.
Thank you for being such an engaged, collaborative customer. We look forward to growing together as you explore deeper integrations and advanced capabilities.

  ### 4. Printing as a Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared B. | Principal IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I really like how we can centralize printing and drivers in one source. This makes printing as a service amazing without the maintenance of Print Servers. We can have Macs and Windows device both utilize this tool.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I would like to add Mac drivers to the Driver Repository using a Windows device. I need to sign onto my Mac to ad Mac drivers to the repository it would make it easier if I could add Mac drivers using a Windows device.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes the two Print Servers we used to have, it provides a cloud based solution for our organization. We are global so it helps having a one stop shop. It also helps where we can have one source for drivers, so if we need to update those drivers we can do it once and it applies it to all devices with the client

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this excellent review, Jared! Your 5-star rating and your framing of PrinterLogic as a "Printing as a Service" solution really captures the strategic value our enterprise customers experience.
Your feature request regarding cross-platform driver management—specifically the ability to add Mac drivers from a Windows device—is valuable and noted. We understand that workflow efficiency matters when you're managing drivers centrally, and we'll ensure this request reaches our product team for consideration.
What stands out most in your review is how clearly PrinterLogic has transformed your printing infrastructure at a global enterprise scale. The ability to eliminate print servers while simultaneously creating a cloud-based, centralized "one-stop shop" for printing is a fundamental architectural upgrade. For a global organization managing thousands of endpoints across multiple time zones and regions, this represents a significant operational advantage: unified driver governance, simplified updates that propagate across all devices instantly, and the elimination of on-premises print server maintenance overhead.
Your emphasis on seamless cross-platform support—where Macs and Windows devices both leverage the same solution—reflects the heterogeneous reality of modern enterprise environments. Having a single source of truth for driver versions and updates eliminates inconsistency and reduces support complexity, which is exactly what enterprise infrastructure teams need to scale reliably.
Thank you for being a valued PrinterLogic customer and for the constructive feedback.

  ### 5. Vasion Made Printer Management Easy and Smooth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ESC D. | IT Systems Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Vasion took the time-consuming process of maintaining our printer environment and made it easy. They integrated with our Windows and Chromebook systems very smoothly and gave us options we never had before, like follow-me print and better printer management.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The only thing we can say we dislike is the price. It’s not exorbitant, but it isn’t a cheap product either. That said, sometimes you get what you pay for, and this feels like one of those cases.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had moved to Windows printing and Azure printing, and both were very cumbersome and time-consuming when it came to setting up printers and managing them. With our old approach, there were also very few reports we could pull. Now we can run reports by individual printer or by user, which makes it much easier to track what we need.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this excellent review, and we appreciate your honesty about the pricing. Your perspective—that premium value justifies premium investment—is exactly how thoughtful enterprise IT leaders evaluate printing infrastructure decisions.
Your experience moving from the constraints of Windows printing and Azure printing to a modern, centralized solution perfectly illustrates digital transformation in action. What you've gained isn't just ease of management; it's an entirely new category of visibility and control. The reporting capabilities you highlighted—running granular reports by individual printer or by user—transform printing from an invisible infrastructure cost into a trackable, optimizable operational asset. That kind of insight was simply unavailable in your legacy Windows/Azure environment.
Your callout of cross-platform integration with Windows and Chromebooks, combined with capabilities like follow-me printing, showcases how PrinterLogic delivers flexibility that traditional printing approaches couldn't match. In an enterprise managing heterogeneous device ecosystems, this kind of unified control while maintaining platform-specific optimization is genuinely powerful.
The time and complexity you've eliminated from printer setup and management translates directly to your team's capacity to focus on strategic initiatives rather than firefighting infrastructure problems. That operational efficiency compounds across every device deployment and every user onboarding your organization handles.
Thank you for choosing Vasion/PrinterLogic and for sharing how transformative this solution has been for your enterprise environment.

  ### 6. Easy Installation and Deployment of Printers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

It’s easy for end users to find nearby printers and install them quickly without needing help from the IT Help Desk. It’s also very quick to add new printers and deploy them across campus. Updating drivers and profiles across the entire campus is straightforward and can be done quickly. Integration with Microsoft Entra is easy and allows quick importing of users and SAML authentication.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

There’s currently no way to lock specific printers to a specific version of the CPA client. That means if you want to take advantage of new features or security patches, every printer in your environment has to be compatible with the newer version. It would be much better to support different CPA client versions by printer model, so printers that were supported before but later become unsupported can still keep working, while models that remain supported can move forward and benefit from the update and its new features.

There should also be a simpler way to roll back the CPA client when an update breaks something. As it stands, the rollback process is very cumbersome. The same issue applies to the desktop client app: it should be easier to choose a specific version and revert quickly when needed.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps us let end users install printers without needing IT intervention. It saves us human resources and makes it much easier to manage who gets access to which printers.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this detailed and constructive review. Your specific feedback about CPA client version management and rollback procedures is exactly the kind of actionable insight that helps us prioritize product improvements for higher education environments.
Your point about version compatibility across printer models is well-articulated. The challenge of balancing security patches and new features across heterogeneous printer fleets while maintaining backward compatibility is a real architectural consideration. We hear your request for per-printer-model version pinning and streamlined rollback capabilities—these represent meaningful enhancements to deployment flexibility. We encourage you to connect with our support team to discuss your specific use cases, as there may be workaround strategies available while we evaluate longer-term versioning solutions.
What resonates throughout your review is the powerful impact of digital transformation in your campus IT operations. The ability to enable end users to self-discover and install nearby printers without Help Desk intervention fundamentally changes your support model. Your straightforward integration with Microsoft Entra and SAML authentication, combined with campus-wide driver and profile updates that can be executed quickly, reflects the kind of modern, identity-driven infrastructure that higher education institutions increasingly require.
Your focus on resource efficiency and printer access governance is particularly valuable for managing distributed campus environments. Thank you for being a PrinterLogic customer and for the thoughtful feedback that strengthens our product roadmap.

  ### 7. Effortless Printer Setup and Centralized Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex A. | IT Operations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I like the ease of adding printers to a centralized platform. One of the biggest benefits is to the end user where installing a printer is a breeze. I use the upload an image to upload floor plans so folks can "find their closest" printer.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I can't seem to get reliable data out of SNMP. I have it setup I get some data but it isn't correct at all.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes installing printers a breeze for end users. It also gives me the added benefit of being able to manage my printer fleet, since I know the only printers that should be deployed are the ones in PrinterLogic.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this thoughtful review, Alex! We're delighted that PrinterLogic is delivering effortless printer setup for your enterprise, and we especially appreciate your creative use of floor plan imagery—that's an innovative approach to helping end users discover their closest printer locations.
Your note about SNMP data reliability is important feedback. SNMP implementations can be finicky depending on printer models, firmware versions, and network configuration, and inconsistent or incorrect data points are frustrating when you're relying on accurate metrics. We'd encourage you to reach out to our support team with specific examples of the SNMP anomalies you're experiencing—they may be able to help troubleshoot device-specific issues or identify configuration adjustments that improve data accuracy.
What really shines in your experience is how PrinterLogic enables intelligent print automation while simultaneously simplifying fleet governance. Your observation about having a single source of truth—knowing that only approved printers deployed in PrinterLogic exist in your environment—is powerful. This creates an auditable, manageable printing infrastructure where unauthorized printer installations can't bypass your policies. For an enterprise IT operations team, this kind of central control translates to security compliance, reduced support overhead, and predictable user experiences.
The fact that end users now experience printer installation as effortless, especially with location-aware discovery through floor plans, fundamentally changes your support ticket volume and user satisfaction. Thank you for being a valued PrinterLogic customer and for sharing these insights.

  ### 8. PrinterLogic (Vasion Print) Simply Works—An Easy Print Management Win

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott Y. | Helpdesk Technician I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Print servers have always been a headache. PrinterLogic (Vasion Print) was the opposite experience—It simply works. If you’re evaluating print management solutions, PrinterLogic is an easy recommendation.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Too many options is infrequently a bad thing, but there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to managing the printers. After the first few that were added though, I had it figured out!

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vasion Print, printing was one of our most persistent IT pain points. We were relying on traditional print servers, which meant constant driver issues, stalled queues, and user tickets every time someone moved desks, worked from another location, or a server hiccupped. Printing changes—something users expect to “just work”—were consuming a disproportionate amount of IT time.

Vasion Print solved that by removing the print server dependency entirely. Once we deployed it, printer management became centralized and predictable instead of reactive. Users could install the printers they needed without IT involvement, and printer availability followed them rather than being tied to a specific server or device. From an IT perspective, we went from babysitting print infrastructure to essentially forgetting about it.

The biggest benefit has been stability and time savings. After the initial setup, printing stopped generating noise—fewer tickets, fewer outages, and fewer emergency fixes. That freed our team up to focus on higher‑value work instead of troubleshooting something as basic as printing. In short, Vasion Print eliminated a chronic operational headache and gave us a print environment that simply works.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the review, Scott! We love hearing that it just works, especially when eliminating print servers.

  ### 9. Easy Printer Installs and Flexible Control with PrinterLogic

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

How easy it is to install printers, prevent users from accessing other printers, and the flexibility of PrinterLogic.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The process of installing the agent on Mac and Windows devices could be smoother. I wish you offered a bundled option that would generate an installation package for both Mac and Windows with our authorization code already included, so we don’t have to create it manually ourselves.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic solved our problem of having to maintain a print server and everything that comes with it. Now our printers are easier and quicker to install.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the excellent feedback, Gabriel! We're grateful you took the time to share your experience with PrinterLogic and appreciate your kind words about our installation ease and access control capabilities.

The flexibility to control user access and printer assignments is a powerful benefit that compounds over time as your organization scales.
Your role as a Network Systems Administrator managing these deployments is exactly who we design PrinterLogic for—giving you back time and control while reducing infrastructure complexity. Thank you for choosing PrinterLogic and for the constructive insights that help us continue improving.

  ### 10. Incredibly Easy Printer Deployment That Eliminated Our Printer Tickets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | Senior Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Incredible ease of use for deployment. I manage 170 printers and deployment is second nature. Printer tickets dropped to esentially zero from moving away from traditional print servers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The reporting leaves a lot to be desired. I have to build a custom SNMP application to get detailed reporting on things that should be built into printer logic.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Printer mapping and deployment on non-persistent VDI. I will fight anyone who tries to make me leave printerlogic.

  ### 11. Centralized Print Management Without Physical Servers—Simple Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

There’s no need for physical print servers. Everything can be managed from one centralized location, and the configuration is straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Some print drivers can be a bit quirky to set up and get functioning as expected, but in my experience that usually comes down to the printer vendor and the differences between their specific driver language versus a universal driver.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic meets our need for a centralized print server without requiring a physical server. It delivers excellent cloud-based performance and reliable availability across all of our remote locations. It has also become a valuable tool for assigning printers to users, especially with the ability to automatically target specific printers to users based on their location.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this excellent review and for highlighting how PrinterLogic is delivering tangible value across your enterprise construction operations. We're delighted to see the full 5-star rating!
Your point about printer driver quirks is well-taken and reflects industry-wide vendor inconsistencies—something we continuously monitor and address through driver updates and vendor collaboration. We appreciate you recognizing that this often stems from printer manufacturer variations rather than platform limitations.
What stands out in your review is how effectively PrinterLogic has enabled you to eliminate print servers while simultaneously improving reliability and accessibility. For a construction enterprise managing multiple remote locations, this represents a significant operational shift. The ability to move from physical print server infrastructure to a cloud-based centralized management platform not only reduces capital expenditure and maintenance overhead, but it also delivers the kind of consistent, reliable performance that distributed workforces depend on.
Your emphasis on location-based automatic printer assignment is particularly powerful—it means users at each remote site get the right printer without manual configuration, and IT gains unprecedented visibility and control across the entire organization. This kind of intelligent deployment at enterprise scale is exactly what modern construction companies need to support field teams, project sites, and office locations seamlessly.
Thank you for being a valued PrinterLogic customer and for the positive feedback. We look forward to continuing to support your construction operations.

  ### 12. Simple, configurable cloud printer configuration repository

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

The ability to selectively deploy printers (or specific configurations) to specified users, computers, groups, or IP ranges is useful for minimizing setup of new computers without interrupting users.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Occasionally it will fail to "take over" installed printers on first setup, especially if they were installed using WSD ports rather than TCP/IP

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vasion Print solves the issue of standardizing printer settings and names across the board by allowing adminstrators to set sane defaults and the service automatically refreshing the names and configs for printers. Previously, users were manually installing printers and giving them all sorts of names that made things confusing for IT staff and wacky configurations that wasted paper and ink.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this detailed review and for sharing how Vasion Print is transforming printer management in your construction environment. We appreciate your honest assessment and the specific examples of the challenges you've overcome.
Your observation about WSD port takeover on first setup is valuable—we understand this represents an edge case, particularly in environments with mixed legacy configurations. Our support team has specific best practices for WSD scenarios that can often resolve these situations, and we'd welcome the opportunity to walk through optimization strategies with your IT team if you haven't already connected.
What resonates most in your review is how clearly you've experienced the impact of intelligent print automation on your organization. The shift from users manually installing printers with inconsistent naming conventions to administrators setting intelligent defaults and automatically refreshing configurations across your fleet is exactly the kind of operational standardization that reduces user confusion, prevents print-related support tickets, and eliminates wasteful paper and ink usage. For a mid-market construction company, that's real cost savings and improved productivity.
Your ability to selectively deploy printers based on user groups, computers, and IP ranges demonstrates the power of configuration-as-code thinking applied to print infrastructure—a modernization that many IT teams in construction are actively seeking.
Thank you for choosing Vasion Print and for providing this constructive feedback that helps us serve your industry better.

  ### 13. Effortless Driver Management for a Large Printer Fleet

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I’m able to manage the drivers for a large fleet of printers with relative ease, which makes the overall process much more straightforward.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The only downside I can think of is that if printer drivers are manually installed incorrectly, PrinterLogic doesn’t replace them with the correct driver.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Adding new computers and managing printer drivers across a large fleet of printers and computers—especially when those drivers need to be organized by department—used to be a real struggle. PrinterLogic has turned that process into a breeze and makes it much easier to keep everything organized. It quickly updates drivers when just adding a computer or doing large-scale printer changeouts.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for leaving this thoughtful review and for recognizing how PrinterLogic simplifies driver management at enterprise scale. We appreciate your detailed feedback.
You've captured one of the core challenges that large IT organizations face—the complexity of managing printer drivers across hundreds or thousands of devices while maintaining departmental organization. Your observation about manually installed incorrect drivers is noted, and it's a consideration we take seriously. This scenario typically requires IT governance around standard deployment practices, and we'd love to discuss strategies with your team that could help prevent manual driver conflicts in your environment.
What's encouraging is how clearly you've experienced the benefits of digital transformation in your printer fleet operations. The ability to quickly update drivers during large-scale changeouts, organize resources by department, and streamline the process of adding new computers represents a significant operational improvement. For an enterprise managing a large printer fleet, this efficiency directly translates to reduced downtime, faster onboarding, and more predictable printing infrastructure.
Your 4-star rating reflects a realistic assessment, and we're committed to continuing to support your enterprise needs. If you'd like to explore solutions for those edge cases you mentioned, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Thank you for being a PrinterLogic customer and for the constructive feedback.

  ### 14. PrinterLogic - Literally Couldn't be Easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nik H. | Site Reliability Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Print servers suck, that's no hot take. I literally installed PrinterLogic, took an hour to set it up, and I haven't touched it since. It just works. It's beautiful! The implementation was as simple as deploying the agent post-setup and testing, and if I needed any help along the way their support was there to help with direct emails. Seriously - if you're considering it, get PrinterLogic. You won't regret it.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The only thing I dislike about PrinterLogic is that I didn't know about it sooner. Perhaps their marketing could've been better? Not sure, I just wish I would've had this a while ago.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic eliminates our Print Server(s) and without any additional steps for our clients. They don't even know that they are printing to the cloud, they just hit Print.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> This is the type of review we live for! Thank you Nik for taking the time to write it. We are doing more and more to get the word out that Vasion Print, as part of our Intelligent Print Automation platform, will make print management so much easier and more effective.

  ### 15. Easy to Use, Reliable, and Remarkable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy V. | Director of Technology Asst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Ease of use for administrators and end users. Cost effect and very easy to integrate new devices. Lightens work load of tech dept and is reliable. Support provided is remarkable and timely.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Cost increase with today's tightened budget.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End users can connect to printers on their own saving tech support time to assist other staff members. Inventory of printers in one place.

  ### 16. Reduced our printer tickets by 90% and made installs easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

We just started rolling out the system to our users, but from an IT view this is SO much easier, cleaner and faster than trying to get printers and drivers out to staff using our MDM solution. I don't have to build a separate package for each printer and upload it to the MDM, then push it out. I only have to upload/configure the driver(s) once per printer type and not for each individual printer. So, when adding a new printer, I can just select the driver that I've already uploaded from a drop down menu and apply it. Bonus that I only have to update that driver in one location too (admin panel), and it distributes to all the clients.

Another great feature is the ability to hide printers that are at other locations based on the user's IP address. They can travel to different locations and only see/install printers at that location. It's also nice that the users can only install the printers they are going to use and not have to sort through a list of printers that have been automatically installed that they will never use. I've also setup an auto-install for roaming users with the assistance of Jamf. Essentially, it's set up so that when a user enters a new building, Jamf sees an IP change and calls the "refresh printers" function. Because they are configured by location IP, those printers are installed, then uninstalled when they leave the building.

It also helps that I can upload a map of the building and drop the printers onto it so the users can see exactly where a certain printer is and install it right from the map. The printer icons can show whether it is a color or black and white which helps users as well.

The reporting function is quite detailed and is allowing us to "cut" out a separate system for logging print usage.

The instructions are easy to follow for setting up Azure/Entra. I'd never linked an Enterprise application before and the documentation made it very easy to do so that I could provision users and groups.

Vaison assisted us with the initial setup and offered excellent support during the trial phase. Post trial support has been quick to respond as well.

Overall, we are very happy with PrinterLogic!

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The biggest challenge that I am having is remembering where to go in order to configure certain things. We deployed the client through our MDM, but there is still a little interaction needed by the user to complete setup, which can be difficult for some users.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic has allowed us to decommission over a dozen individual print servers, a separate reporting system, as well as eliminating the need for individual printer setup in out MDM. Since moving to Vaison Print, we have eliminated 90% of our printer tickets.

**Official Response from Brock Faucette:**

> Hi there,
Thanks for the awesome review! We're glad you're happy with PrinterLogic, but also good to hear the setup documentation made it easy to get started. We're glad you've reached out to our support team when you needed assistance and that they've been helpful and responsive. I'd encourage you to reach out to them about the toner alert emails you mentioned. Appreciate the review and you!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian L. | IT Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Ease of use, ease of administration, ease of driver and profile management, end user capabilities, simplified deployments of printer fleets

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

nothing so far cannot think of any product limitations for our use cases

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need for print server, user friendliness to add printers, simplified driver and profile management, simple to deploy printers automatically to end users across multiple sites

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you so much for this outstanding review, Brian! It's incredibly rewarding to hear that PrinterLogic delivers on all fronts—from ease of administration for your IT team to simplicity for end users. Your 5-star rating and full endorsement mean the world to us.
What particularly stands out is your experience with simplified deployments across multiple sites. This is where digital transformation truly takes root in IT operations. The shift from managing physical print servers to orchestrating automated printer deployment across distributed locations represents a fundamental modernization of print infrastructure. Your ability to enable end users to add printers intuitively while maintaining complete driver and profile governance from a centralized location is exactly the kind of operational agility that mid-market organizations need to scale efficiently.
The fact that you can't identify any product limitations for your use case tells us we're hitting the mark. Your testimonial—capturing ease of use, streamlined administration, and the elimination of print server overhead—reflects the comprehensive value that organizations experience when they choose PrinterLogic.
Thank you for being such a satisfied customer and for taking the time to share your positive experience. We're committed to continuing to support your organization's printing success.

  ### 18. PrinterLogic is the Logical Printer product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

A single pane of glass to manage printing is a dream come true. I especially like how forward thinking the team is when it comes to the ever changing printer landscape.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I would like to have some custom reporting.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fleet and driver management. My org attempts to stay on the very bleeding edge of technology and are heavily reliant on printing services. The fact that PrinterLogic was thinking ahead and allowed for IPP style printing well ahead of the forced Windows switch over was a weight off of my shoulders.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this insightful review! Your "Logical Printer product" comment made us smile—and your recognition of our forward-thinking approach to the evolving printer landscape really resonates with our product philosophy.
Your request for custom reporting is noted and appreciated. Enhanced reporting capabilities that reflect your organization's specific metrics and KPIs are important for governance and optimization, and we'd encourage you to share your reporting requirements with our team. This kind of feedback helps us understand what executive and operational dashboards matter most to enterprise legal organizations.
What we're most excited about is your experience with intelligent print automation and, specifically, your callout of our early IPP adoption. Your acknowledgment that PrinterLogic anticipated the Windows landscape shift and positioned you ahead of that migration demonstrates exactly the kind of strategic foresight your legal organization values. For enterprises operating on the bleeding edge of technology, staying ahead of industry transitions isn't optional—it's essential. The fact that you avoided the scramble when IPP became Windows-standard shows the value of partnering with a vendor who's thinking several steps ahead.
Your "single pane of glass" observation captures the real value proposition: in legal services, where security, compliance, and reliability are non-negotiable, having unified fleet and driver management eliminates complexity while enabling your technology team to focus on strategic innovation rather than infrastructure firefighting.
Thank you for choosing PrinterLogic and for the thoughtful feedback.

  ### 19. Effortless Printer Management Across Multiple Locations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ara H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I like that Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) is easy to set up and use, which has minimized helpdesk calls. It's especially useful for our users who move from location to location, as they can print easily without needing IT support to set up new printers at each site. This is a huge benefit considering we have over 130 locations. The migration from a regular print server model wasn't hard either, and the initial setup process was made easier with support from their implementation support team.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Getting support for ARM processors took some time to get and it prevented our traveling users from being able to print since they use ARM processor laptops.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vasion Print allows our users to print easily without adding printers when moving locations. It's easy to set up and minimizes helpdesk calls since IT doesn't need to set up users at each site.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the detailed review, Ara. Helping organizations with many locations is something we take pride in, and we are very happy to hear it is working so well.

  ### 20. Robust Cloud Based Print Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam S. | IT Service Desk Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Vasion Print offers us some secure print functionality in partnership with our copiers we have installed. This process works throughout the organization pretty well.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Support responses are very slow. They often do not seem to understand the issues we present to them. It is lacking and needs improvement quickly.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The overall functionality and the ability to manage printers from a centralized location make PrinterLogic a valuable tool for organizations looking to modernize their printing infrastructure. It is also benefiting us by keeping printing secured through PIN entry on the copiers when the prints need to take place.

**Official Response from Tammy Atkins:**

> Hi Adam,
Thanks for the nice review. We're glad you think PrinterLogic is a robust, valuable tool that simplifies your printer management. We'll pass along your feedback about the Mac depIoyment process -- thanks for that feedback. If you need assistance from our award-winning support team, please reach out.

  ### 21. Easy Device Rollouts with Printers Auto-Installed and Ready for Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Once it’s set up, it’s easy to roll out devices and have printers automatically installed and ready to go for users. It saves a lot of time compared with having to handle each installation individually.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Not too much to report. I support end users, so when issues come up, it’s usually pretty straightforward to reinstall the printers and drivers and get everything working again.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to streamline our printing system across multiple offices to provide an easy printer deployment and support system.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this excellent review! Your 5-star rating and focus on streamlined device rollouts and user readiness resonates deeply with government organizations managing complex, multi-office printing environments.
What stands out in your feedback is the operational efficiency you've achieved. The shift from handling printer installations individually to having them automatically deployed and ready for users represents a significant productivity gain—especially across multiple offices where coordination and consistency are critical. In government administration, where asset tracking, compliance, and standardization matter, this kind of automated approach reduces human error and accelerates onboarding.
Your experience with straightforward troubleshooting is important too. Intelligent print automation isn't just about deployment; it's about creating predictable, manageable systems that your end-user support team can confidently handle. When issues do arise, having a well-architected platform means your support specialists can quickly diagnose and resolve problems rather than spending hours on complex driver troubleshooting.
The fact that you've successfully streamlined printing across multiple government offices tells us PrinterLogic is delivering exactly what enterprise government environments need: consistency, reliability, and ease of management at scale. Your users get printers ready to go, your IT team saves significant time, and your organization reduces support overhead.
Thank you for being a valued PrinterLogic customer and for sharing your positive experience with the government administration community.

I like how it aggregates all the printers in one location and allow us to select the correct drivers easy.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I can't think of anything negative to say.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows new users to seamlessly add printers to there computer without any extra work on myt part.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this straightforward review, Qais! We appreciate your feedback and your clear endorsement of how PrinterLogic simplifies printer management for your enterprise.
Your observation about aggregating all printers in one location with intuitive driver selection captures one of the core strengths of our platform. For system administrators managing large-scale environments, this centralized visibility and easy driver management translates directly to fewer support requests and faster troubleshooting.
What we especially like about your experience is highlighting how new user onboarding has been transformed. The seamless ability for new employees to independently add printers to their computers without requiring IT intervention is exactly what intelligent print automation delivers. In an enterprise environment, this self-service capability compounds across hundreds or thousands of new hires annually—dramatically reducing manual workload while improving user experience and time-to-productivity. Your team can focus on strategic infrastructure initiatives instead of handling repetitive printer setup requests.
The fact that you can't identify any negatives speaks volumes about the fit PrinterLogic provides for your enterprise needs. Thank you for being a valued customer and for the positive feedback.

  ### 23. Modernized Printing and Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pat F. | Infrastructure Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic is extremely flexible when it comes to a mobile workforce. We auto deploy printers based on which a user is on at any given time. This removes the need for the user to go out and manually map the printer they need at that site.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Version 4 drivers from printer vendors are increasing in numbers but still not supported by Vasion. I know this is out of their control, but it will need to be addressed sooner or later.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple print servers in different regions. PrinterLogic has helped us to consolidate all of our print servers into this product, easing administration and assignments of printers.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Eliminating print servers is what we are known for, and we continue to build on that with our Intelligent Print Automation platform. Thank you for the honest feedback; we will use it to continue to make things easy and effective to use.

  ### 24. PrinterLogic Saves Hours on Driver Installs and Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic has saved countless hours installing and updating drivers.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

When you need to set up a one-off driver to handle a specific special project, either you use a license to set up the modified driver, or have to set the driver up manually on a PC. This downside is more circumstantial, and not really a fault of PrinterLogic.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PrinterLogic saves hundreds of hours of our time to install and upgrade our printer drivers.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thanks so much for the review! It's awesome to hear that PrinterLogic is saving your team hundreds of hours on driver installation and updates. That's exactly what we built it for.
Your point about one-off drivers for special projects is fair. We know those situations pop up, and we appreciate you being realistic about that trade-off. It's definitely an edge case that doesn't reflect the day-to-day value you're getting.
What really matters is that you've freed up massive amounts of time for your team. In healthcare, where your IT staff is stretched thin managing critical systems, having intelligent print automation take driver management off your plate means you can focus on things that directly impact patient care and hospital operations. Those hundreds of hours add up fast, especially across an enterprise health system.
Thanks for choosing PrinterLogic and for the kind words.

  ### 25. Easy End-User Interface and Seamless Printer Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe H. | IT Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

seamless printer management and easy interface for end users

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

configurations for different devices such as Apple or Windows are handled differently

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows end users to self-service themselves when it comes to printer installation

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share this review, Zoe! We're glad to hear that PrinterLogic is delivering a seamless experience for your end users and simplifying printer management for your IT support team.
Your observation about Apple and Windows configuration differences is an important one. These distinctions often reflect the fundamental architectural differences between macOS and Windows operating systems, and we work continuously to bridge those gaps. We'd welcome the opportunity to connect you with our support team if there are specific configuration workflows you'd like to optimize for either platform.
What we love most about your review is highlighting the self-service benefit—this is where intelligent print automation truly shines. By empowering end users to independently locate and install the printers they need, you've dramatically reduced support tickets and freed your IT team to focus on higher-value strategic work. In a mid-market environment, that shift from reactive support to end-user empowerment is a game-changer for both operational efficiency and team morale.
The seamless management you've experienced behind the scenes is what makes this end-user simplicity possible. Thank you for choosing PrinterLogic and for the thoughtful feedback.

  ### 26. Effortless Printer Management and Scalability

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | IT Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

This product is very easily scalable and can very effectively manage all our printers and print drivers in one area without issue. Also the ability to control all client versions or even Identity Management control.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

There have been a few recurring issues with Printers going offline for no reason, either by loss of communication to the Service Client machine or their API services, this however has not been happening as often which is why I only removed 1 Star. There was also a time where they were having a lot of back end service outages for a time which made us reconsider renewing their service contract. This of course has now stopped and have only had a few issues very rarely.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to remotely manage Printers from a cloud environment.

**Official Response from Amanda Derrick:**

> Thank you so much for your candid review, Daniel! I'm so glad that your overall experience has been positive. Please reach out if you hit any issues, our team is happy to help get them resolved. Cheers!

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The UI could be a little more user friendly

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

  ### 30. Easy Printer Discovery and Driver Installs Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin S. | IT Support 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Ease of use; know where printers are located in a location & able to install software/drivers for them easily.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Sometimes when using it it'll ask for a code that no one has so you have to manaully add the printer

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of installing drivers, being able to have multiple printers on your computer + see the jobs in queue

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this practical review, Austin! Your focus on the real-world benefit of knowing printer locations and easily installing drivers reflects exactly what IT support teams need on the front lines.
Your note about the code request issue is valuable. Those scenarios typically occur when a printer requires activation or authentication that's environment-specific, and we understand the friction when the code isn't readily available. We'd encourage you to connect with our support team about the specific printer models or scenarios triggering this—there may be configuration approaches or workarounds that reduce manual intervention in these edge cases.
What we love most about your experience is how PrinterLogic simplifies the fundamentals of printer management. The ability to quickly discover nearby printers by location and seamlessly install drivers represents intelligent print automation at its core. For IT support specialists like you managing high-volume user support, reducing the steps between "user needs a printer" and "printer is installed and working" directly reduces your ticket volume and improves resolution time.
Your observation about managing multiple printers on a single computer and viewing job queues in real-time captures the visibility modern IT support requires. When you can track what's printing, where jobs stand, and troubleshoot from a unified interface, support interactions become faster and more efficient.
Thank you for being a PrinterLogic customer and for the feedback that helps us refine the user experience.

  ### 31. PrinterLogic Makes Printer Deployment Easy with Serverless Centralized Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

What I like best about PrinterLogic is how it completely eliminates the need for traditional print servers. The centralized management console makes deploying printers incredibly easy, and the self-service installation portal significantly reduces our helpdesk tickets.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

We have had issues in the past with bad updates pushed that created some havoc. We would love for some better pricing for K12 EDU customers.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to run print servers or spend hours configuring drivers to work correctly. It is plug and play and go!

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this comprehensive review! We appreciate your candid feedback about both the strengths of PrinterLogic and the areas where we can improve, particularly in the K-12 education space.
Your mention of past update challenges is noted, and we take that seriously. We're continuously refining our update testing and rollout procedures to prevent disruptions in production environments. If you've encountered specific update issues, our support team would welcome the opportunity to discuss deployment strategies that might provide greater control and predictability for future updates. We're also always interested in feedback from K-12 customers about your pricing concerns—I'd encourage you to connect with our education sales team to explore what options may be available for your district.
What resonates most powerfully in your review is the transformation PrinterLogic has delivered for your primary and secondary education environment. The ability to eliminate print servers while simultaneously deploying a self-service installation portal that reduces helpdesk tickets represents a significant operational win. K-12 districts managing hundreds or thousands of devices across multiple school buildings have finite IT budgets and even more finite support staff—every ticket you eliminate and every hour you reclaim from driver configuration translates directly to resources available for student-facing technology initiatives.
Your "plug and play and go" assessment captures the elegance of this approach perfectly. PrinterLogic removes the complexity so your IT team can focus on what matters most to education: technology that supports teaching and learning.
Thank you for being a valued PrinterLogic customer in the K-12 space, and we're committed to serving education organizations better.

Removing the need for multiple print servers for each of our 4 locations. Allowing users to manage their own printers without administrator access required.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

  ### 33. Very quick printer deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elias J. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I haven't used any of the new features as they are not required for me.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The previously mentioned error has not been an issue and I don't see anything personally that needs improved at this time.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have employees move around locations and constantly call support to install printers for each site they go to, but this also causes clutter of old printers.

**Official Response from Jennifer Gardner:**

> Elias, thank you for sharing your feedback in this review. We're pleased to hear that deployment was super easy.

  ### 34. Driver Repository and Automated AD-Based Deployment Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Deploying printers and allowing users to add their own printer on the fly.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We appreciate the review, Greg. We know that complex environments are a common obstacle, but we are happy our solution was able to get you the success you were looking for.

  ### 35. Printer Server made Easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

Printer Logic is simple and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Some of the drivers don't work with Chromebooks

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowers our users to add the printers they need in a timely manner.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this review and for highlighting how PrinterLogic has simplified printer management for your building materials organization! We appreciate the honest feedback.
Your note about Chromebook driver compatibility is valuable. Chromebooks present a unique printing architecture that differs significantly from Windows and macOS environments, and we recognize this represents an ongoing compatibility challenge across the printing industry. If you have specific Chromebook models or use cases you'd like to discuss, our support team would be happy to explore potential workarounds or alternative solutions.
What we love most about your experience is how PrinterLogic has empowered your users to independently add the printers they need in a timely manner. This is digital transformation in action—your team no longer needs to be the bottleneck for printer connectivity. In a mid-market building materials company where users are often distributed across multiple facilities or work areas, this kind of user autonomy eliminates friction and keeps your workforce productive without IT intervention.
The simplicity and ease of use you've experienced is intentional—we design PrinterLogic to make printer management feel effortless so both IT administrators and end users can focus on their core work rather than wrestling with infrastructure.
Thank you for choosing PrinterLogic and for the feedback.

  ### 36. Effortless Print Management, Needs a UI Refresh

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia F. | Associate IT Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

I like that Vasion Print is very easy to use. Our employees find it straightforward, which means less struggle for me in IT, as it translates to fewer issues. Even after several years of use, we don't really have issues with them.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

The interface looks a bit old, it could do a refreshing

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vasion Print manages our print servers in the cloud and simplifies printer driver management. It's easy for employees to use, reducing IT struggles for me.

  ### 37. Finally something good about printers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

It just works, it makes sense, and it makes printer management a breeze. It's just reliable and simple, and easy to integrate, which is a nice change compared to the days of Windows Print Server. Excellent customer support too.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I can't think of any major drawback at this point.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was initially deploy as a workaround for the Print Nightmware issue, and it turned out to be just a great printer management solution.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for this fantastic review! Your title—"Finally something good about printers!"—perfectly captures the sentiment we hear from IT teams who've struggled with legacy printing infrastructure for years. We're thrilled PrinterLogic has become that breath of fresh air for your organization.
Your mention of the Print Nightmare workaround is particularly timely. What began as a tactical solution to a critical security vulnerability evolved into something much more strategic—a recognition that your entire printing infrastructure could be fundamentally reimagined. That's exactly where intelligent print automation creates lasting value. What started as "let's work around this urgent issue" became "wait, we can actually manage printers intelligently and reliably at scale."
Your experience mirrors what many enterprise mining and metals organizations have discovered: PrinterLogic isn't just a replacement for Windows Print Server—it's a modernization of your entire printing architecture. The simplicity, reliability, and ease of integration you've experienced, combined with the excellent support that backs it up, represents a wholesale upgrade in how your enterprise manages one of technology's most underestimated but mission-critical services.
The fact that you can't identify any major drawbacks at this point speaks volumes. For an enterprise managing complex distributed operations across mining and metals facilities, having printing infrastructure that "just works" and makes management a breeze is a genuine competitive advantage.
Thank you for being a valued PrinterLogic customer and for the enthusiastic endorsement.

  ### 41. A Great Set It And Forget It Product

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

PrinterLogic continues to work well for us, but I do have a few caveats that they can hopefully resolve sooner than later.

We had a slew of new laptops that came in that we ordered with Snapdragon Processors. We could not get to Printerlogic to work, and reached out to them for assistance.

They advised they do not support these processors and there was no workaround.

They did state they are working on a fix, but we had to box up and send back a slew of laptops because of this. A bit crazy that they don't support all processors for their software.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Release a fix to allow Snapdragon processors to be able to be used with Printerlogic. Tech I spoke to advised the fix COULD be in the fall, but no guarantees and could be much longer than that. We simply couldn't wait that long while having users without the ability to print.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our problems with admin-less printer installs and queue configuration in a centralized, easy to manage area.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for sharing how we are making things easier for you and your team!

Has successfully reduced print related support tickets via workflow automation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

New UI, new features available like scanning manager I've yet to try but looks fine

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Maybe a usage report that's easy to get to, at least show up front which printers aren't being used

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating issues when end users self install printers.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> We appreciate the response. Our friends in the Defense & Space industries are always helpful in letting us know what is going well, and what isn't. We will continue to work to make our Intelligent Print Automation platform something that allows you to easily manage your print and automation needs.

  ### 45. Changed a great product into a mediocre product.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim W. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

We actually moved away from it to a different product. The pricing continued to rise and the performance did not match the increases.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Go back to your roots and remind yourself of why you were useful. A good product at a reasonable price.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, none as we cannot even login to the product we ran for over a decade. We require a print server for other products we maintain and Printerlogic removed themselves from our systems.

**Official Response from Amanda Derrick:**

> Hi Jim! We appreciate you taking the time to provide updated feedback.

Improving and innovating our Vasion Print product is still a very high priority for us. Our recent updates are designed to add value and drive efficiency while keeping security in mind. I hope you'll reach out if any of the latest updates would help your team.

  ### 46. Its productive for invoice billing and contracts printing?

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swastika E. | Office Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

For our billing departments vasion print has worked greatly. We could able to manage better workflow without needing print servers. It was very dramatic shift from needing it support for managing and setting up printers, now it becomes easier . This feature is favourite of mine.It is managed ip to ip so there was ni confusion while working with it.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

I found no problem with the platform, our devices work perfectly fine.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design and working wise vasion print is easy to use and helpful for printing bills and invoices for our company . It is end to end ip managed , and we didn't find any problems when even working with complex teams and management. It cut down device cost significantly.

  ### 47. Effective resource allocation for printing needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrice A. | Facilities Resource Coordinator, Printing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

My favorite part of Vasion Print is how it enables employees who need to print, to do so without bottlenecking the printer. Setting themselves up fast ensures that the workflow stays smooth. The other advantage is insights into printer usage, this has allowed us to redistribute devices to demand more accurately. This also fits into our sustainability goals, because there hasn’t been paper waste to track and we’ve been able to reduce toner consumption with more smart choices.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Vasion Print has one loop hole in it and that’s that updates are not very frequent, sometimes you have to wait longer than you would expect for new improvements or bugfixes. However, its reporting options are quite basic, so the deep analysis of trends over time is very low. And we’ve had trouble making it sufficiently scale to our organization’s size, some setups getting more manual adjustment than we expected. But these gaps make it difficult to wring out the fullest extent of software benefits in a larger business environment.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a solution preventing employees from connecting to the wrong printers, Vasion Print has helped to solve problems. It sets everything up but efficiently and ensures that there are no delays at getting started. Its usage tracking have also allowed us to put more resources on optimizing how we spend the resources, as a result of cutting the cost. That’s another bonus, because it has helped us learn and replace older, less efficient devices, which also means less unnecessary waste and being green.

  ### 48. Efficient printer setup and maintenance for teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amelia R. | Design print services director, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2025

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

With Vasion Print, we simply have a centralized platform to manage all our printers remotely. The thing that really pops out to me is that it's able to figure out printers and automatically configure them without having to have onsite support. We have saved a lot of time with this, mostly for new printer installs or updates. And because it plugs in our network, we know all the configurations aren’t going to change anything so we only have to troubleshoot less and our deployment time goes down.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

That’s the only disadvantage I found when using Vasion Print, and that is that the setup takes a really long time. On the one hand the software is quite powerful, on the other hand the plethora of features and options makes it challenging for a user with no previous experience on the software to quickly get up to speed and perform the analysis. Secondly, the design of the interface is not very well arranged and many a times some of the specific settings get lost in the crowd.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major concern, which bothers most of the organizations and office today are the decentralized management of printers, Vasion Print has solved. Though it is not a major revoluntion, before we had used the program, we had to manually configure every new printer and troubleshoot with IT support. While before, printers need physical installation and configuration, users are capable of solving problems on their own through the website. This has minimize information technology to a very large extent and make the process very much easier.

  ### 49. A Printing solution that saves time and reduce IT headaches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ava L. | IT Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

We operates in a multi office environment with remote employees, before implementing Vasion Print, print management was a nightmare. Every time an employee changed location or needed access to a new printer, IT has to manually map printers.
After switching to Vasion Print, things changed drastically. Employees could add and remove printers on their own without calling IT. This simple change eliminated a huge chunk of our print related support tickets.

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Some of our employees uses Citrix-based virtual desktop and they experienced delays in printing mapping. Some it required additional scripting to optimise performance.

Since Vasion Print eleiminates print servers, we had to find workarounds for older software that was hardcoded to use traditional print queues.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Employees can install printers themselves in just few clicks.
2. Fewer printer related IT support request.
3. A smoother experience for remote workers.
4. Increased security with Secure Release Printing.

  ### 50. We love it!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kane W. | Workplace Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about PrinterLogic?**

What I like best about it is its ability to simplify complex printing environments while offering a seamless, user-friendly experience. The cloud-based approach makes managing printers and print jobs effortless across multiple devices and locations, and its powerful analytics provide valuable insights into usage and performance. Overall, it significantly reduces the administrative burden, enhances productivity, and improves cost control—without sacrificing ease of use

**What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?**

Some users struggle with the print queue but thats more of a "us" problem.

**What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves a bunch of printer-related problems. It lets us manage all our printers in one place, so no more dealing with complicated print servers or installing drivers on every computer. It also helps us track and cut down on print costs, and the secure print release feature makes sure sensitive documents don’t get left out in the open. Plus, it’s easy for users to add or remove printers on their own, which saves time for our IT team. Overall, it makes everything run smoother and saves us a lot of hassle.

**Official Response from Channon Voyce:**

> Thank you for the review, Kane. We work very hard to help create an easy-to-use experience, and it is wonderful to hear that we are doing that for you and your team!
