Self-serve platform with fantastic customer success managers who understood our needs; as a result, we grew together with the product. **What do you dislike about Vareto?** Some parts of the product are still in development; however, they have an incredibly hungry team who cares and wants to be successful with its customers. Based on my interaction with the team, they will continue to deliver in a timely and effective manner **What problems is Vareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating FP&A manual processes by creating an all-in-one platform with real-time dashboards where we can collaborate directly with executives. My ERP, HRIS, and CRM data comes into Vareto painlessly, and the Customer Growth Managers at Vareto are first class. They have finance experience and have an in-depth understanding of my needs. I’ve also automated my monthly financial reporting, which saves me incredible amounts of time and drives faster strategic conversations with other leaders. **What do you dislike about Vareto?** While I love how easy it is to use Vareto, it’s also clear that I’ll get more value from the product as my company grows. When we have more department leaders, I’ll be able to use the monthly BVA reports to drive even more discussions than I do right now. **What problems is Vareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vareto also makes it really easy to quickly drill down into my financial data. I don’t have to wait to get answers to my questions since the data is at my fingertips. And when I’m confused about why spending has gone up, I just click a metric and drill down to the transaction level to see exactly what happened. Vareto has significantly reduced the amount of repetitive work my team needs to do. Because creating and sharing reports is so fast, I’m able to do it every month, despite my small team. ### 3. Our assigned Customer Growth Manager had experience with FP&A and provided insights and consistent collaboration throughout the project. **What do you dislike about Vareto?** Nothing to complain about- there was consistent collaboration, and the final product exceeds expectations. **What problems is Vareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without Vareto I'd have to work weekends, holidays, etc. to meet deadlines on growth analyses and strategic partnership work. Now, I'm able to maintain a healthy work-life balance with our reporting staged in Vareto. ### 4. For example creat a report with two dimensions apply to the same metric **What problems is Vareto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The monthly actual vs. budget reports for each department - took us a long time to create these reports by ourselves and now we have them in Vareto and they are being updated easily ### 6.
