We can easily see how things change month over month and identify opportunities to improve our business. They really go out of their way to make sure you are successful. Schedules that used to take days to prepare in MS Excel are now generated in minutes out of Vareto. Vareto consolidates data from Quickbooks, SalesForce and Namely (HRIS) and creates reports on demand. Previously this required manual transcription out of the above stated systems into Excel with the usual risk of transcription errors. This is eliminated with Vareto. Our dedicated support team at Vareto leaned in to help us stand up reporting dashboards and ensured we got value out of the tool (thank you Joy and Becky). BVA and KPI visualizations for periodic reporting automatically update from ERP tool (i.e. QuickBooks), avoiding manual updates of charts in excel and real-time visibility for business partners. Having one reliable tool to review data, budgets, and forecasts relieves a tremendous amount of manual work. Reconciliation, data inconsistencies, and rampant worksheets/models can all be solved with Vareto. Dashboards, charts and other visualizations are highly customizable and are great snapshots of performance and BVA. Customer service is top-notch! Some of the integration and uploading/organizing of data can be more automated. Would love to see our forecasting/models live in Vareto as well. The existing product is great, but I'm more excited about what it can do in the next 12-18 months. - Good time to value; onboarding experience was smooth - Great customer experience team; they help you in any way they can. However, the team is highly receptive to feedback, and the product has come a long way since we first started talking to them. I have faith that they will continue to improve the product significantly. If you are evaluating Vareto and they are missing some features you are looking for, I would still recommend that you consider them strongly, assuming those features are not Day 1 mission critical. No real negatives. At first, I thought the platform was too restrictive, but it was just a settings issue. Once the problem was identified, it was quickly resolved. Since we are integrated with our ERP system, we do not have to wait until accounting fully closes the books to start investigating variances. The ability to make custom dashboards for specific department needs is super simple, with access rights only to the particular people who need it. The Vareto team is also incredible; whenever we have any issues, they are on top of it with quick solutions and accessible communication via slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Vareto? Vareto is still early in the roadmap, with some features that could be improved or added. There is still some work to be done around balance sheet/as-of-date reporting, and I want to be able to make more customized charts and some improvements to metrics/dimensions. Every piece of feedback we have given has been taken back to their team and is being worked on, which is great to have the ability to provide input and see it implemented.
