VantageSpan is financial-control and project-management software built for small residential builders. It brings budgets, job costing, construction loans, draws, cash contributions, invoices, change orders, selections, documents, and project information into one clear system. The Financial Overview shows what was budgeted, recorded, paid, still left to pay, and where the project is headed financially. Deal Analyzer helps builders evaluate potential projects before committing by testing sale price, lot cost, break-even, and profit scenarios. Smart Budget creates a practical starting budget based on project size and finish level. Project Advisor gives simple, timely reminders about what to plan or order next without turning the app into a complicated scheduling system. VantageSpan also includes AI Support and a controlled Customer Portal for selections, approvals, change orders, and project updates.
