I love how Vantage Circle lets me send on-the-spot recognition and rewards, making it easy to appreciate colleagues. I appreciate the inclusion of wellness components, which support both physical and mental well-being. The wellness features like activity and health tracking, including step and heart rate monitoring, are beneficial. I enjoy using the nutrition and wellness management tools like food logs and water intake trackers. The 'Mood-o-meter' for monitoring daily well-being is also a nice touch. The gamified wellness challenges encourage participation and engagement, while the mental well-being resources, focusing on mindfulness and stress management, are incredibly helpful. I have used Vantage Circle in my previous companies, including Wipro, and in Vantage Circle, I received a lot of rewards in points. There are a lot of options for vouchers that we can claim, and it is very easy to use. I like its easy employee recognition and rewards system the most. The peer-to-peer appreciation feature and rewards redemption options were simple to use and helped improve employee engagement and motivation. The platform was user-friendly, and onboarding was simple, so it didn’t take much time to start using its features. I also used Vantage Circle along with internal HR systems and communication tools, which made employee recognition and rewards management more smooth and easy to access.
