The app is easy to use and very user-friendly. Vantage points are also easy to redeem. Most of all, I like the leaderboards because they let us quickly see our position within the organisation. The main issue I noticed is that when purchasing points, the app redirects many times. After that, the user ends up in a browser view, and from there we again have to navigate to the points statement to add points.
