**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I do like Vantaca. However, comparing software such as Notion to Vantaca and its dynamic properties leave a lot to be desired.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Below is a list of Drawbacks and Wishlist Items that I would like to see for Vantaca

DRAWBACKS/BUGS:

Calendar lacks export functionality, limiting its effectiveness.
- Due Date filter is not working correctly.
- Email Templates should automatically generate the "Note" template - when adding a Note as a recipient. If adding an external recipient, the template should automatically switch to an external email template.
- Templates should not require confirmation when changed; a quick change back is more efficient.
- Updating steps in the Vantaca Call Center is unreliable and does not function properly.
- Agenda View on the Calendar does not allow for event or series editing.
- Calendar should have a filter to remove unwanted items from view.
- Viewing XNs on the Owner Dashboard should include a date column for sorting by date created.

WISHLIST:

- Vendors should have a portal link to mark work as completed.
- Ability to process multiple RFPs in one module. For example, when processing tree trimming proposals for three vendors, I should be able to open an RFP module, select the number of vendors to send requests to, and choose the vendors to ensure the same scope of work is sent to each, instead of manually entering or copying multiple RFPs.
- Back and forward navigation. It should be possible to open a specific space in Vantaca without being directed to the home screen, and pressing refresh should not take me back to the home screen.
- Needs scheduled sends for emails and other items.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Overall. I really like Vantaca and can see it has a lot of value. The software is very fast compared to our old software we used as a management company, and it is nice that it is an all-in-one software for billing, homeowner management, ARC and Compliance. I love that it intergrates with SouthData for mailing. When the work flows are set up properly, it saves so much time compared to doing the same task in our old software and I love how all communications for a homeowners from anyone in the company can be seen so there is less stuff being missed or repeated. The homeowners portal is easy to add documents to and seems easy for homeowners to navigate. We've been told that it can take a year to master Vantaca and get proficient at it. After only a few months, I do already see the value and time savings. I look forward to seeing where the team is in a year from now.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The setup within our management company has been frustrating. As mentioned, when the workflows are set up properly, it is wonderful, however, there is so much back end setup for each Action Item, which our company has to do, and getting support from Vantaca isn't always easy. The Violations/Compliance  really needs an offline mode. We are in a bad cell service area and the app doesn't always work for our Compliance Manager, which results in him having to take photos and notes and then has to enter everything when he's back at the office, which is a slower process than what we had with our old software.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca has definitely simplied our AP process, which is saving us time.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

What is most helpful about Vantaca is sending Violation letters and reviewing Architectural requests. It is really nice that for both of these, there are automated letters with the homeowners' information, which prevents errors and mistakes. The architectural application process is streamlined, and it is simple to see that when the ARC committee has approved or denied, I can easily send the approval/denial letter. Having Vantaca write these letters for me saves a lot of time, and again, prevents errors. I like the feature for uploading leases for the tenants, and being able to easily view those or add new ones.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The downside of Vantaca is that I have to have my own tracking systems for Violations and Arc requests. If a homeowner responds to a violation, it can easily be missed because when you look at your action items, Vantaca won't alert me of a new message. I have to go to Messages, but the way mine is set up, I have to look at each individual Association to see if there any new messages, and I have to check this throughout the day. It would be so much better if I could get an alert of a new message. It would be helpful if the action item had a different color when there is a new message. It would be helfpul if the dates were clearer, instead of just an XN number. Also, I wish that I could use the back button to go back, instead of starting over, especially when I'm viewing a homeowner and I want to look at a different aspect of the homeowner. It has taken me about 4 months to learn Vantaca. It is not user-friendly.

Keeping homeowners' records all in one place and organized. Submitting work orders all in one place for each association.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca provided extensive trainings with staff to help transition. The reports are very user friendly and they listened to our inquiries in how to make the system cater more to our industry and what the Boards want.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The inspection module is not the best. There are quite a few bugs and is not very user friendly. Going from a software that catered to inspections and architectural it is apparent that Vantaca is still working on perfecting this module. Vantaca has listened to the functunality we have lost moving to the Vantaca software and are working on improving, however, we have lost efficiency in the inspection process for the majority of 2024. We hope the offline version will help but will not know until we have a chance to utilize as this release keeps getting pushed back.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are releasing an offline version for inspections which will help in areas that have connectivity issues and are working to improve CCR customization in the field.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Planning, preparing, and implementing a software transition is not something to take lightly.  Experts and those who have completed the task will tell you it will be challenging at best and more akin to a root canal.  In our industry,  we don't find ourselves looking to make a software transition because of "nice to have" or "wouldn't that be convenient" features.  We take the plunge because, fundamentally, something is driving you crazy with your current setup, you see yourself falling behind your peers, or you envision a future where your ability to scale is stifled by excessive manual processes, or the inability of your current software to adapt to new technologies.  Taking that first step, albeit one of the most nerve-racking and stressful decisions you may ever make in your business, has been rewarding for us immediately out of the gate.  

Once our transition team started the training process and was able to see not only the enhancements to our business process but also experience the organized and thoughtful approach towards migration Vantaca takes, an immeasurable boost to everyone's optimism was felt company-wide.  For us, this boost was like a adding fuel to our company culture, cultivating volunteerism in the process, and unwaiving confidence in our decision despite any challenge we encountered along the way.

Maybe we already had a good base to build upon, or maybe it is luck; I'd prefer to think that it is a mixture of both added to Vantaca's support team and every person involved in the process.  We may not be 100% as of the date of this review, but I can speak for our entire team that we have the confidence to overcome any challenge backed by Vantaca's amazing team that truly complements our own.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

At this time, it wouldn't be fair to list aspects we do not like about Vantaca, as we are just getting our feet wet.  Undoubtedly, this has been the most challenging team effort we have met to date.  I'm sure in time, we may identify "Vantaca-isms" that may seem illogical or misunderstood to us that would otherwise find themselves on this list.  However, what I feel is more important here is that every "missing gap" we have found between our old platform and Vantaca has been met with an open mind by our rep to communicate it to the dev team.  I acknowledge that not every customization or feature can be provided as Vantaca is a platform built for an industry and not specific to my needs or wishes.  The very acknowledgment and the pathway to communicating this "wish list" is proof positive that we have made the right decision.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose not only to transition our core management software but to transition several integrated partners at the same time.  This meant managing all of the API connectivity on top of a typical transition.  Vantaca has been in constant communication throughout the process and has been stellar in providing support.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca helps a lot with streamlining community management by making it easy to keep track of workflows, communications, and financial processes in one platform. It makes day to day tasks very quick and efficient by automating tasks such as work orders, violations, and payment processing. Additionally, board members, homeonwers, and managers have access to up-to-date information, improving collaboration and decision-making.

Vantaca is also always improving with each update.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Sometimes attachments may get lost in communication, but it seems like a normal glitch that you'd have with any communication platform.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca helps solve problems with following up on work orders and keeping track of homeowner and Board communications.  For work orders we are able to set up Vantaca to send an automatic follow up email to a vendor when we set a specific follow up date, this helps with not having to take the time to manually follow up on each work order for the communities.

For communications, the in box, also known as "My Messages", makes it easy to see new messages that come through and require attention.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

What I like best about Vantaca is that overall, the platform offers a lot of flexibility in how assessments, charges, and fees are managed at the Associaton and account level, allows Associations the latitude to make the right choices for their community. The documents section allows for a central point of referral to everyone and the seamless integration of the homeowner portal allows for a lot of one-contact resolutions in that HOs are given a guided tour of the portal and next time, can find the needed info on their own.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

one thing that is least helpful about Vantaca is not having a "status" field that could be used to tag accounts and segregate them into different groups to allow for more efficient processes outside of traditional collections. The other big roadblock is the lack of Custom Report writer - - data never lies but there is very little ability, beyond what is available in Vantaca IQ to get a bead on different things that may influence the efforts needed to support a community.

The biggest benefit to the AR/Resales Team of having access to Vantaca is having the,account financial and demographic information, organized by community, which giving us the ability to support the Communities and service their accounts on a daily basis.

As someone who has primarily used Vantaca for property management, I can confidently say that it is an incredibly user-friendly and customizable platform that streamlines communication and increases operational efficiency. One of the standout features of Vantaca is its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to navigate and perform tasks without a steep learning curve. Whether you're managing accounts, processing work orders, or coordinating with residents, everything is centralized in one place, which helps to reduce the time spent switching between different systems.

The software's customization options are also noteworthy, allowing users to tailor the platform to meet their unique needs. From adjusting dashboards to setting up specific workflows, Vantaca provides flexibility that can accommodate a variety of management styles and processes. This ability to adapt the software to different workflows has definitely contributed to greater efficiency in my day-to-day tasks.

Additionally, Vantaca excels at ensuring streamlined communication. The ability to track communications, send notices, and manage community updates all from within the system keeps everything organized and reduces the chances of missed messages. Whether you're sending out updates to residents or coordinating with team members, the communication tools available in Vantaca ensure that everyone stays informed in real time.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

One drawback I've encountered is the inability to schedule eblasts in advance. This can be a bit inconvenient, especially when a manager is on vacation or during the weekend, as there is no option to set up an email blast to be sent automatically at a specific time. As a result, it’s necessary to either send the emails manually or rely on someone else to handle the communication, which can disrupt workflows during periods of absence.

Overall, despite this limitation, Vantaca remains a highly effective and reliable tool for property management. Its ease of use, customization options, and communication features make it an excellent choice for those looking to increase efficiency and stay organized. However, adding the ability to schedule eblasts in advance would greatly enhance its functionality and reduce the need for manual intervention during off-hours.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration. The platform allows team members to work simultaneously on tasks and projects without missing a beat. Communication tools are integrated into the system, so whether you're sending notices to residents or coordinating with colleagues, everything is centralized and easy to manage. Also, the ease of generating reports is amazing as well.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca is helpful in that you can store almost anything about a community to assist you in the day to day management. The document archive is very robust allowing you to add specific folders and not be bound to only those created by the system. In addition, the functionality to customize toward your business is awesome. There are national companies with proprietary software and expect all states to fit their square in a round hole. Vantaca understands that all business models are different, and need to be customized to your client base.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Missing leadership tools for client retention, like the ability to store at-risk data and add comments/notes that remain for historical purposes.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca allows me to be able to look up information for any association within our client list when I need to reseach a concern either for a board, homeowner, or even to assist a manager. With all XNs (emails) being driven into Vantaca, I am not forced to wait for access to someone's company email; I have what I need at my finger tips.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

We have been using Vantaca for more than 3 years now and have been very pleased with the usability of the software.  The integreation of the websites / portals with our business user interface has been extremely helpful.  We like the auto reconcile and payment intergrations and find that they save us an enormous amount of time and staffing.  We also have been pleased to see that Vantaca is continually working on the software and rolling out improvements and updates to keep the product current and maximally useful.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The on boarding and learning curve to get up to speed were very difficult and we find that the training videos / aids for the new staff are not as helpful as they could be.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of the user portals and use payments directly into the software / accounting is game changing for us.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

We like the ability to track all of our employees and where they are on processes.  It allows us to see work progress, hold folks accountable, and reward those doing a fantastic job!  That part is a win/win.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Vantaca has many good features, but they're not all functional now.  We have hired our own software engineer from GA TECH to compensate for shortfalls.  We've had a ton of issues, especially with the transition.  The training for employees needs to be in-person and repetitive.  Don't switch your entire portfolio at one time.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are also utilizing Vantaca for corporate accounting, but I wouldn't recommend it.  The violations are a HUGE problem.  Since our managers were used to Smartwebs, it was like going from an iphone to a flip phone.

I love the oversight of work processes.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca's onboarding team is second to none. The Vantaca team has put A LOT of thought, time, and effort into making sure onboarding goes smoothly. From their skilled staff, ongoing meetings, to their organization tools, it was a seamless process. 

Vantaca's third party integrations are also second to none. What struck me as exceptional is that Vantaca maintains relationships with key third-party partners to ensure their API connections are as best as they can be. We are saving hours and hours of labor due to Vantaca's great integrations.

Vantaca's Action Items system allows for highly-customizable configurations. We are not bound to a "cookie-cutter" method of handling a task. Work orders, compliance notices, financial prep, collections, notifications, architectural and more can be configured to our liking. So, when I'm in a work meeting with people asking me "is this possible in Vantaca, is that possible in Vantaca" the answer can almost always be "yes."

Vantaca's portal is also ahead of the rest. Among other things, it includes integrated payment processing, doc storage, communication, calendars, and a suite of Board member tools. I like that I have access to some of the HTML to customize embedded videos, images, publishing messages, etc. I also like that I can customize each portal based on the HOA, so I'm not stuck with a global setting that one HOA wants that another doesn't.

Lastly, Vantaca is a lively company. They offer ongoing training, as mentioned they are active with their API integrations, they encourage management companies to provide feedback for new features, they are rolling out new and exciting features, and overall there seems to be a lot of positive momentum.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I'm looking forward to more features from the Portal being added to the Vantaca Home app, especially if the Board Actions suite can be carried over to the app.

Vantaca is full spectrum HOA Software, from managment to accounting and everythiing in between.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Provides platform for owners, boards and management company with the abilty to custom some views but keep consistent for the management company. I like that we are able to build the system to provide the access needed to the employees and still keep many areas confidential. Great intergration with bank, infromation flows and keeps the work experience more effecient for all users. Payments for owners much easier to be done from one log in and their dashboard while syncing with association bank. Also like that they do yearly conference with their users to show upcoming changes, learn new things and to be able to have discussion wiht other vantaca users in the country. Implentation walks you through the process and assists while creating Vantaca for your company. Customer Support is tracked and able to review as end user.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The tracking for audit trail for Journal entries is not visable to admins or assignable, makes it hard when researching issues or to show auditor the tracking. Do wish we could control the "posting" of vantaca pay to be when available and not when payment made on the bank cash side to prevent balance discrepancies. Wish that when doing broadcast, the system could convert all file types to PDF for upload distribution and for sending to third party to prevent mailing issues.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows access to boards for many documents as well as the owners and ablity to limit access based on owner role. It provides solution for owners to make paymetns, view balance and assocation activity and receive updated communciation electronically and able to be tracked. All this while members of the management company can work and communicate within the same software.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I've been using Vantaca for a while now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best solutions out there for community association management. The software itself is robust, intuitive, and packed with features that make managing associations a breeze. From financial management to work orders and resident communication, Vantaca covers it all with ease.

But what really sets Vantaca apart is their customer support. It's truly top of the line. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, making sure that we can continue our operations without any hitches.

In an industry where reliable software and support are crucial, Vantaca excels in both areas. I highly recommend it to any community association looking for a powerful, user-friendly platform backed by outstanding customer service.

I actually have no dislikes about Vantaca, as I love it !!!

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The flexibilty that owners want to be able to submit work orders and/or pay their assessments on the go.  There's an APP for that!

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I love how customizable Vantaca is. We can accommodate all the little variances between different associations. We manage 80 associations, and they all have their own specificities. With Vantaca, we don't have to fit them all into one category when it comes to late policies, violation policies, whether or not they require refundable deposits, etc.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Recurring credits. The recurring credit module currently only works for monthly credits. We have a few associations that give owners who cover the cost of the electricity used for the monuments an assessment credit. This credit coincides with their semi-annual assessment posting. We would love a way to set recurring credits that coincide with their billing.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation with the bank and with billing has made my job so much quicker with less errors!

It's a one stop shop! Everything that we need can be found/located in the system. It has basically everything you need, and does it well. We've been using it for about a year and a half, and it was a pretty smooth integration from our previous software.Vantaca also has very active customer support in case you run into any issues. They're constantly adding new features, and seem to genuinely listen to their customer base. It's also fairly stable, and doesn't break randomly whenever they have an update.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

There are only a few things I dislike, and they're all managable. #1 is there is no back button; it's all a single webpage (which is a pro for some people, but a negative for me); I would love to be able to bookmark my favorite places to get back to them easily. It's also not as pretty looking as some other property management / accounting software; but it has a functional aesthetic. Everything else are minor workflow things we've either figured out ways around or Vantaca has fixed by adding features.

I haven't found anything I would say is the best with this software change. I have delt with many changes of software, but this one is like changing from an iPhone to an Android.

The functions and steps are cumbersome and seem to take most of the time on a simple entry. This is way over the expertise of some homeowners, especially those of the senior age or those with disabilities who own their own homes and maintain their own finances. I have tried many ways to try to assist with those and even when I cc myself in an email, it is not the same as the original email. I have tried to get support assistance and was never given the option of taking care of the problem in a timely manner. With the assistance of the owners, I was able to learn what I needed to assist others, which should have been easier in a training program. I am still not aware of how to integrate new email templates into our database, and unfortunately our owners were never contacted with our software change to the “New Vantaca” we bragged about.

There are far too many steps involved in doing very simple tasks.  We are a company of 5 people and for the bookkeeping side of using Vantaca it seems to take more time because there are so many "steps" just to pay a bill or to print a check.  A universal "search" is not available that would be a very helpful addition.

I like several things:

Everything is kept in one database and can be traced back.
Charges the accounts automatically for owner violations.
Charges the accounts automatically for access devices.
Owners can load their ARC's directly into Vantaca.

Too many "Step options".
Can't copy anyone on emails, only selected departments.
Can't add notes on courtesy letters.
Can't go back and forth between items on the dashboard.
The system won't adjust the dates on violation letters, which is very time-consuming for a manager when doing an inspection, also can be dangerous to sit in front of a home having to edit every single letter, also can cause legal issues if mistakes are made for lack of adjusting such date.
Can't copy and past a png or jpeg into the body of the email, which is an issue with some of my Boards/Committee.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I like that Vantaca automatically uploads invoice images. I like the fact that I can follow the steps/timeline an invoice or homeowner inquiry is at. I like that I can mimic a homeowner, which makes it easier when I am walking them through the learning process of navigation the owner portal. For myself, I feel that it is user friendly once you get to know your way around. I also like the fact when you post an item and the period has already closed, Vantaca automatically pushes the date to the first of the next period and leaves a note that it was done, so it doesn't create discrepencies with posting to a closed period.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The downside for me is on the accounting end. When entering invoices, the GL field remebers the last information enetered and that sometines results in errors when it defaults to the last entered information. There are times when we need to choose a differrent date to ut a check and Vantaca does not give that option. Not being able to hit a back/previous screen button is nerve racking when you need to refer back, you have to re-enter the info again.

There are multiple. Anytime we run across something that we feel can be added or removed to make the work for us more prodective, Vantaca works with us to make that happen.

One thing I like best (there are a couple) is that you can obtain the software via the web. So if you are in a meeting at home via zoom and need to look up a homeowners account ect, you can easily do so by going online. No reason to wait until the next day to look up what needs to be looked up. 

I also really like the way Vantaca displays homeowner account information. If I happen to take a call from a homeowner wanting a break down of their balance, it is very easy to review and go over their account in detail. I am not a bookkeeper, so normally this isnt my cup of tea. However, Vantaca somehow makes it easier to assist is any way I can even if it is not in my job description!

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

One thing that I dislike is that although vantaca is web based, it is difficult to use it via a smartphone and even laptop with a smaller screen.  The scroll bars don't function smoothly via smart phones, and it freezez a lot.

Vantaca is helping management companies by having a built in user portal for homeowners. By having this feature, it allows homeowners to obtain what they need via their portal, and saves the management company time with one less phone call. I am apart of the super user team and we have had so many issues with missing information/never being requested, we're 2 weeks post-live date and we still have things not fully set up. We still are finding issues within the system that restrict our daily responsibilities. It's frustrating being asked 3x to go back and pull something that should've been included in the initial request. This transition has caused my daily tasks to fall behind because of lack of information or need of information pronto. It's frustrating because the purpose of us to move to Vantaca was to make our jobs easier but this transition has put me through a make or break. We've had 3 reps 'leave' vantaca in the midst of our transition as well, causing us to provide additional information AGAIN after the 1st and 2nd times.

I love how everything is mapped out; it's easy to understand. The sources, like the community and Vantaca University, are excellent. Vantaca not only offers time-saving features but also stays up to date with the latest technologies and updates. I'm looking forward to and excited about learning more, especially with the integration of AI. Even though the percentage of our owners who utilize the homeowner portal is currently low, it's an excellent tool from a customer service perspective.

Like any system, there are some flaws. For example, certain action items contain bugs that prevent them from being fully usable as-is. One issue is the formatting of generated letters, such as hearing or violation notices, which can sometimes appear misaligned. An extra step is required to adjust the formatting before printing. I raised this issue during the Vantaca Vision conference, but no solution was identified at the time. Nevertheless, the team consistently works hard to address such challenges.

That is can be used by multiple departments for different uses, but it can also be helpful in answering questions interdepartmentally without having to reach out to others. I like the duel scrolling capability when having multiple points of data to look at (i.e bank recs). I like being able to see all of the activity of other users on a specific task or action item or change to a setting. This makes everything easily traceable and can track down and ask the individuals who changed something.

Customer support could be better on the first level. It seems we can pose the same question and get different responses based on who answers.

changes are made seemingly without consideration of how portions of the system work, leading to occasional periods of scrambling to rework a process on the fly to acommodate sudden changes. For example, as an access control coordinator that almost always has a tab open to the homeowner additional information as that's where our access info is stored, having the sudden change of all fields defaulting to collapsed with no toggle means that each time I need to view or edit a homeowner's pool or gate information, I need to expand that section.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main issues was the time it took to complete compliance inspections and the follow up letters/communication of such.  That has been simplfied substantially by using Vantaca.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca is a software designed for community association management that will, when used effectively, reduce a manager's overall workload. Customer support is very good and fast. Navagating the features is easy once the user has spent enough time with it.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Vantaca is so different than other software it takes longer to get settled in, but once there, it works very well. Integration was not as easy as claimed, but that was because the software being integrated from was unusual.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks more information than previous software. it assists managers and board members in accomplishing their management needs including invoice processing and Architectural modification processing, violation processing, calendar tracking, and communication with owners.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca is a robust workhorse that allows our group to manage multiple management companies in a single database, handling almost every workflow we require.  Their training and knowledge base has been invaluable and their support team is consistent and dependable.  I have worked in Vantaca every day for the past 4 years and have been pleased with their commitment to improvement and their willingness to listen to and implement feedback.  I have seen alot of changes since 2020 and they just keep making it better.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

No Election Feature
No ability to create dynamic forms in portal

Providing exceptional transparency to clients via the reporting features.
Tracking nearly every user touching a workflow at any step.
Custom workflow options that allows for creativity and flexibility.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

I love the accountability and tracking abilities Vantaca has. As a supervisor, it makes tracking tasks and action items extremely easy. Vantaca IQ is a game changer for leaders!

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I wish the inspections process was a little easier and user friendly. You cannot see when homeowners are in bankruptcy or at the attorney when out in the field. Seeing notes on accounts is also difficult. The GPS tracker makes the address list move unless you're at a complete stop.

Vantaca allows us to hold our employees accountable and track their progress with ease.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

One of my favorite things about using Vantaca is the ability to filer and sort the many varieties of information. I am able to compare names, pay dates, balances, and a multidue of other information and get them all exported as an excel sheet for easy of viewing.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

The hardest part of using Vantaca is setting up the user help roles. I had a previously esablished account and it was difficult getting the correct user roles assigned to get customer service help. Out reps were intransition with new hires and prior employees but they all worked quick and efficiently to help get it corrected.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca is helping with easy of records access. Finding payments, looking at account histories, and prior owners is very easy and simple task with Vantaca.

Vantaca was my company's first conversion to a software that does it all. We have previously had to use 2-3 different programs for all of the services we need, but Vantaca was able to combine it all into a one stop shop. It is also great that the program is customizable.

The slow loading time for the home page/ dashboard. It can take quite some time to get through new messages.

Vantaca is a great tool to have everything for your associations in one place. Many features helped automate our accounting and cut down on the time it takes each employee to complete a task. Our reps and customer service are always helpful and kind.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Vantacas implementation was difficult and we are still having issues with our action items. Roll out for new items always seem to have errors that need to be fixed.

The step-by-step process and clear communication make it much easier to navigate, especially as new steps are added when needed. It's user-friendly and incredibly efficient, helping streamline workflows and improve task management.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

one area for improvement would be its visual design. The layout and design can be a bit challenging to navigate and read, especially during long periods of use. It could benefit from a more streamlined, user-friendly design that’s easier on the eyes for all-day use. A cleaner, more visually appealing interface would make the experience much more pleasant.

we are working on breaking down all of our processes to streamline things for homeowners, we’re putting together clear steps for actions like leases, projects, service requests, and vehicle registrations.
