**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca has so many features our previous software did not and it is more versed for the 21st century

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Some of the accounting features could use a little beefing up, that coming from an accounting person but understandably the software is so much more than that.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vantaca is streamlining and automating many of our current workflows, taking busy work off of us and allowing us to serve our customers better.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca has made it possible for our small team to dream about growing, scaling comfortably, and have full confidence that all numbers and data presented are 100% accurate.The implementation process was thorough, organized and easy. I never felt overwhelmed, as I'd originally anticipated. We keep joking that "they've thought of everything" but they really have. We love how well the program integrates with our current softwares and contracts, and the level of customer support is absolutely above and beyond. We love the clean interface and that it things are where they *should be*, it just makes sense and is super easy to use. We will be Vantaca's hype team, always.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Our only downside is the transition from original implementation specialist to Customer Support Specialist. Everyone has been so kind and it has been a blast, but I think it would be better/easier to have one representative/specialist see you through your entire journey in Vantaca.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our prior system had settings that were not super personalizable, and it created a lot of gaps and a lot of errors in our reporting. It was incredibly frustrating and we often spent more time and energy fixing the errors the system created, instead of being present for our clients. This system has created a confidence in our team for growth and scaleability.

**What do you like best about Vantaca?**

Vantaca has managed to intergrate with many of the services we use. Despite not using all first party Vantaca services, they have made efforts to support what we use. There is a healthy bank network that will auto import. Having this all browser based has also cut down our need for IT support.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Vantaca is a Java based program so it is hard to get changes made to the program.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billing owners, tracking violations, tracking architectural changes.

It is a central hub of communication between owners and management companies and holds all records. This way, no one can say they deleted an email or lost a file because everything is stored here for years!

There are a lot of steps but it just adds to the quality control

It ensures that templates for annual meeting notices are standardized, tracking budget process as well as communications from our team to owners

Vantaca helps our office better track and pay invoices, owner fees, and collection issues.  The software is easy to use after training and the training staff is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Integration had it's bumps but it was becuase the software we were leaving didnt give all that was needed.

**What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous software didnt integrate with our bank leading to information gaps, payment issues, and more.   Vantaca seamlessly integrates with our bank essentiall cutting data entry in half!

Vantaca has multiple applications to contact homeowners, manage associations, pay invoices, and provide transparency to boards.

It would be helpful if the makers of Vantaca would make creating an account and profile easier in one step and location instead of three. The second improvement that would be nice to see is the implementation of a voting software added to Vantaca.

Having 1 system for accounting and management and Vantaca IQ.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

It can be buggy. Sometimes it just doesn't work.
I think Vantaca IQ is actually faster and designed better than normal Vantaca.
I would like the ability to schedule emails.
I don't see the point of the review step for broadcast emails. I never use that. It just trips me up sometimes.

It is a one stop shop for all management.

Email research is a great too to use when soneone says they didnt get something.

Stepping action items can be cumbersome.

The Accounting and the Board visibility has been wonderful. The integration was simple and we had to do very little when we converted from our prior software.

I wish we could text from the software and so it records all the communications.

The Accounting is fully transparent. The Board members have the ability to see everything and so they can self-serve much easier, which helps them prepare for meetings.

The culture.  

Vantaca is never satisfied with what they have.  Always working to improve and provide the best in the business.  Your team is full of quality people who want to see our business succeed.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Our customers struggle with our communication system, finding it difficult and complicated, which has led to the loss of several customer relationships. Frequently, customers revert to using email, creating tension between them and our staff. Leadership insists that managers use the system, but customers resist, resulting in staff members having to do double the work by extracting data from emails and uploading it to tickets.

Having one system to operate our business has dramatically reduced the number of staff we need to complete tasks.

All community information can be securely stored in one place, and accessing that information is simple. I like that Manager input is automatically available to homeowners.

You really need to be taught how to use the system. The Manager side is not intuitive, and training is needed to be successful.

Transparency among communities and Boards and their ability to access documents on their own without Manager input.

Vantaca assembles all the necessary information about a unit so that all are aware of who to contact for what service, and any work that has been ordered for any unit.

When pulling up an Action Item, once I am done, I need to go back to the start, rather than clicking on "NEXT" someplace.

Vantaca is a huge imprvements over our previous maganement software, it works well for all depatments and really helps the right people get the necessary information.

Some of the expected improvements are taking longer than anticipated to deliver.

Vantaca is key in streamlining communications, both with homeowners and Boards.  The automation of collecting on delinquencies has been a total game changer for our commuities.

The work flow and speed in getting financials processed. Vantaca has improved company culture and we are attracting younger employees.

The fact that we cannot print labels for an entire association by account number or by tags.

Customized financials to satisfy our customers. Label printing to help aid in the mailing of a master association of over 5000 homeowners.

The accounting system and bank integration is bulletproof.

UI is complex for what it does. I've found that training people on it can be slow. Homeowner portal could be better.

Vantaca helps us do the bookkeeping for our Association clients, helps with communications to owners, provides an online portal for owners to use.

I really love how easy it is to look up accounts and find accounting information.

I think it is really hard to look up invoices.

Vantaca can be customized to the needs of each community or management company with custom letter templates and notifications. Since the software is web-based it can be accessed from anywhere, which is convenient for community managers.

Some processes can be difficult to learn.

Vantaca makes my role as a community manager easier.

Very eager to start using the software. The training has been very detailed and beneficial for a new company starting who is using Vantacta.

Nothing at the moment. Vantaca hs been very beneficial.

Having action items to know where something has left off and what's left to complete.

Ease for communication-Need to work more like email.

The messaging will include reply all so that when board members respond it goes to the other board members and not just the manager for the community.

Seeing when a homeowner viewed a communcation.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

Not being able to easily locate responses to homeowners should you not remember who you responded to for a particular issue.  For example, if communicaiton is through Gmail, one can simply search a keyword, etc.

Tracking of owner commuicaton, work order, and violaitons.

Even though has improved somewhat, response time ir status of support issues have been lacking.

Timeliness of financials; tracking bank account balances; payment of invoices all of which enhance our experience with our Boards and Vendors.

The annual conference was extremely helpful and worth every penny.

**What do you dislike about Vantaca?**

I dislike that Vantaca will not allow you to credit a GL in the A/P entry.

Vantaca has allowed me to complete bank reconciliations faster, post financials faster, and has made working from home much more feasible.
