I like the dispositions that VanillaSoft provides and also the calendar schedule feature. It makes it easy for me to book sales calls without double booking, and I know my availability as well as the client being able to book directly. Also, the initial setup of VanillaSoft was simple. Sometimes VS Connect has issues where I have to force quit multiple times on Mac OS for it to recognize my headset microphone or even my Mac's internal microphone. It often stops working as intended out of nowhere without an easy fix, which requires losing money as the price for your service is high but we do not get the actual service. I don't know your account, but could be that you are talking about some of the VoIP outages we had this spring. Those were absolutely frustrating for everyone. We have migrated to a new, upgraded platform since then and our outages to that end are solved.
I like that Vanillasoft is very user-friendly and is easy to login to. It connects well with the phone system and it's very fast. Pricing is better than other calling software out there. I learned how to use it quickly and the features are self-intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface looks a bit old and isn't the most visually aesthetic. Also it can be annoying when the master list runs out of people to call and we have to wait to switch campaigns. I am curious about not being able to see lists of your leads - the MyCRM function (right-hand side of the top navigation in most instances) should be doing that. Is there an admin setting that is not allowing that maybe? I have no way of knowing, but might be worth looking into!
