Setting it up was not difficult at all, thanks to the knowledgeable person who taught us how to use it. Additionally, VanillaSoft is effective in aligning my callbacks and ensuring they pop up on time, eliminating the need for me to remind myself about them. It serves critical functions for CRM purposes, handling calendars, and arranging callbacks efficiently. I highly value its integration capabilities with tools like Versus Connect for softphone and Outlook for calendar and email synchronization. The ease of use and direct interface make it highly recommendable, especially for beginners in this field of work. No VOIP services offered in NZ, no plans to implement, payment gateway seems hard to improve to what we need, slow turn around for development of payment gateway requirement - if any.
