It often stops working as intended out of nowhere without an easy fix, which requires losing money as the price for your service is high but we do not get the actual service. The interface looks a bit old and isn't the most visually aesthetic. Also it can be annoying when the master list runs out of people to call and we have to wait to switch campaigns. I am curious about not being able to see lists of your leads - the MyCRM function (right-hand side of the top navigation in most instances) should be doing that. Is there an admin setting that is not allowing that maybe? I have no way of knowing, but might be worth looking into! I like the fact that I am able to trach data, the fast customer support that I receive from the help desk.
