The auto-dial mechanism which saves time. I just have to click on the phone symbol and it automatically calls in the VS dialer. I find this very helpful because I do not have to copy paste the number into VS dialer all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Vanillasoft? Sometimes it could be slow and if I do not engage for a couple minutes, then it freezes for a little but resumes again. But this short amount of time could be crucial when talking with people on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you? Vanillasoft shows me some very important information about the alumni who I need to call. It also keeps their information safe. Without it, we could not be able to see any information about our alumni and cannot communication with them when we have no information.
