Vandio is AI phone agent software that automates business calls for appointment booking and customer follow-up. The system answers calls within two rings, greets callers with the business name, and provides details on services, hours, and pricing in a conversational tone. Integrated with Google Calendar or a built-in scheduler, it books appointments directly into the calendar, quoting services, checking availability, and confirming bookings via SMS. Follow-up automation includes missed-call texts, appointment reminders, post-visit communications, and review requests. The software supports twelve languages and can switch languages mid-call. Setup requires minimal input such as pasting a website or completing a chat interview. The system provides call transcripts, recordings, and email or SMS summaries after each call. Outbound calling features ensure compliance with consent verification, local calling-hour restrictions, do-not-call screening, and attempt caps.
