COMPARED TO AMOS WHICH IS THE TOP TIER PLAYER IN THIS FIELD, THE USER INTERFACE IS VERY OUTDATED AND NOT USER FRIENDLY. A TECHNICAL PLANNER, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE SEVERAL AIRCRAFT FORECASTED AT THE SAME TIME ON TF52. ALSO IN OPTION IW20, I WOULD BE VERY BENIFITIAL TO SEE THE REMAINING DUE DATA FOR EACH TASK INCLUDED IN THE WORKORDER. WHEN I PRINT THE WORKORDER DIRECTLY FROM IW20 AFTER PERFORMING A REVISION IN THE WORKORDER, THE PRINTED WORKORDER IS NOT UPDATED, I HAVE TO PRINT IT FROM TF52 DIRECTLY. PRINTING WORKORDER CHECKLIST IS A LITTLE BIT PROBLAMITIC SPECIALLY WHEN PRINTING REVISIONS. THE REQUIREMENT DISPLAY RELATED TO IW20 IS LIMITED TO 100 ITEMS ONLY, THEN YOU SHOULD CLICK ON THE ARROW TO VIEW THE REST OF THE REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE WORKORDER, I SUGGEST INCREASING THE NUMBER OF REQUIREMENTS TO BE VIEWED FROM 100 TO 999 INSTEAD. I have problems with the interrelation between tables that generate errors in the forecast. Additionally, there are different criteria in reference fields. For example, in RC10, if you enter a reference that doesn't exist, it automatically searches for all possible matches, whereas in WC11 it simply gives you an error and doesn't perform the search. Sometimes, I enter part of the reference name and RC10 provides possible related documents, but WC11 forces me to open the search tool and execute the search manually. Oases needs improvements to remove bugs and create a better user interface by connecting options together for easier workflows. Initially setting up Oases wasn't easy; it depended on the quality of our data. The implementation for 20 airplanes took about a month per plane with the help of the Oases team, and during this time, we had to duplicate data in two systems. I like Oases because it helps us digitize maintenance, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and ensuring better compliance. It has a fantastic user interface, which makes user uptake higher. The support team is always on hand to provide extra training or support when needed, which is really helpful. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, allowing us to be up and running in a week and using the system within a month.
