It covers the full gallery workflow in a single tool: inventory management, artist records, contact CRM, sales pipeline, consignment tracking,exhibitions, invoicing, tearsheets, certificates of authenticity, and reporting. Valori replaces spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and overpriced legacy software with a single platform designed for how galleries actually work. Artworks are the central record, with status tracking, exhibition history, provenance, and pricing data attached. The sales pipeline tracks deals from inquiry through payment with visual stage progression and conversion metrics. Pricing Intelligence pulls comparable sales data from public art market records, adjusts for inflation, and generates pricing ranges by artist, medium dimensions, and career stage. Smart Classification automatically tags artworks with up to 130 art genome categories validated against industry taxonomy. No other gallery management tool offers either feature.
