Short-term rental hosts and property managers lose time and revenue answering the same guest questions and forgetting to offer paid extras at the right moment. Valiris is an AI that solves both: it responds to guest inquiries in seconds, in multiple languages, and proactively offers add-on services directly inside the conversation, with payment included. Operators can choose fully automated responses, human-reviewed cases, or manual validation for sensitive requests. Built-in analytics track response time and automation rate. Valiris is not a full property management system: it's an add-on layer that plugs into your existing PMS. On our reference client's portfolio, extras generated reach up to $325 per property per month, with over 90% of guest messages resolved without human intervention.
