Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 4/30/2026 More Options - "Frustrating Setup, Poor Support Drove Us Away" 0/5 What do you like best about Valimail? I wasn’t able to even try out value mail to set up process was frustrating. I know for a fact that current users of value Mill have not gone through the same issues even though value male stated it was industry standard. My assistant recommended value male because she has other business contacts that currently use value mail, and they even stated that the issues we were running into were nonexistent for them. I don't like the customer service, the support, or the explanations provided. It was a horrible experience overall, leading us to switch back to Mailchimp, which didn't give us setup issues.
