It helps prevent spoofing of our domains, protects our SPF and DMARC records, and overcomes limitations on the number of allowed SPF records. It also provides useful metrics on successful and unsuccessful email delivery, and alerts us to applications or devices sending unauthorised emails from our domain. I wasn’t able to even try out value mail to set up process was frustrating. I know for a fact that current users of value Mill have not gone through the same issues even though value male stated it was industry standard. My assistant recommended value male because she has other business contacts that currently use value mail, and they even stated that the issues we were running into were nonexistent for them. I don't like the customer service, the support, or the explanations provided. It was a horrible experience overall, leading us to switch back to Mailchimp, which didn't give us setup issues.
