Just recently someone from marketing sign up with Mailchimp and a whole bunch of emails were rejected thanks to our policy. i was able to then account for Mail chimp so the emaisl would no longer be left but without valimail i would have ad no idea mailchimp was being used to send email blasts. ### 10. Of course I see own services (newsletter mailings or mailings from personal and shared inboxes) but also I see senders who use my domain abusively (like phishing campaigns or identity theft). If advice could be provided on DNS records and also specific information on the IDs of unsuccesful recipients, this would be great. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Valimail helps us as a small non-profit, to get messages out to a wide audience, while not risking our reputation by sending emails marked as spam. I have had two sessions with their support and they are very knowledgable. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** As with any proprietary service, there is a risk of vendor lock-in. If you choose to switch providers in the future, the transition might not be seamless. For now the pricing seems fair, but it's always a concern when you become reliant on a system and have to renew contract. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of implementing new SPF records, and keeping that information out of public record. If you are moving into DMARC in a large organization, it may take more time than you think to get to enforcement though.
