I had issues with the deliverability and performance of my emails and was looking for a simple solution to handle and implement, without calling for support, allowing me both to diagnose my problem and solve it, in addition to the investigations I had been able to conduct elsewhere thanks to artificial intelligence. The automatic configuration assistant did not work in my case (complicated integration with my provider?) but I was able to easily use the suggested record and copy-paste it. The dashboard gives me a centralized and more user-friendly view of legitimate, suspicious, and misconfigured email sources. It has helped me troubleshoot delivery problems involving services such as Microsoft 365 and SendGrid, identify authentication failures, and correct configurations before they affect more users. The main drawback is that Valimail can feel technical at first, especially for someone who does not work with email authentication regularly. The reporting is useful, but clearer onboarding guidance and more plain-language recommendations would make the platform easier for small organizations to use.
