The onboarding experience was very positive. All of my questions were answered quickly, either during meetings or through email replies. I was also able to integrate the platform into our environment very easily via SSO and with our domain. The user interface is self-explanatory and very user-friendly. With just a few simple clicks, you can find what you need, and it’s always easy for new employees to start using the platform because they can navigate it without much guidance. The website is consistently responsive and fast, and we’ve never had any issues while using it. The ROI is great as well—we get a lot of value from the platform. The authentication reports and the ease of configuring the email policies are especially worth it. These features are a must-have for businesses today, since many large companies are pushing for these policies to be implemented. There’s also an intelligent chat box you can use. We can find all of these details in the authentication report section, where it quickly shows what’s failing to authenticate, what’s only partially authenticated, and what’s authenticating correctly. Having this information makes it much easier to ensure all the services in our environment are properly authenticated, which in turn gives our clients and vendors more confidence in emails coming from our side. It’s also very useful when it comes to configuring email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. The platform gives a strong overall view of these settings through a user-friendly interface, which is a big improvement over the old way of managing them through outdated methods. It provides just enough information that we then have to go dig up the DMARC report email itself and use the information inside of the raw email, when that information should be provided in the Monitor solution. Limited reporting customization leaves a desire for deeper analytics and more complete information in order to strengthen our DMARC posture. We can instruct our customers to reject failing email messages ensuring they do not reach their mailboxes The initial setup was guided by their experts and quickly handed off to our team for implementation. During implementation we discovered several 3rd party senders that we were unaware of. This allowed us to begin the process of standardizing on a single 3rd party sender. We've set up MTA-STS and are monitoring use. The results show promise but quite a few recipients have yet to provide the reporting we'd need to move to enforcement. The UI is easy to use and organized into useful sections. We can export the Executive report and insert it directly into our monthly reporting which saves hours of time. What I like most about Valimail Monitor is the clear visibility it gives me into which services are sending email on behalf of our domains. It makes DMARC reporting much easier to review and helps me quickly spot senders that are unknown, misconfigured, or simply not authorized. I also find it helpful for routinely checking SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status without having to dig through raw reports manually. Since I manage multiple domains and client environments, having all of that information consolidated in one place makes ongoing monitoring much more manageable. What do you dislike about Valimail? I haven’t had any significant issues with Valimail Monitor so far. Overall, the interface and reporting are clear and easy to follow, but I’d appreciate more detailed report views and more flexible filtering, especially when I’m reviewing multiple domains or dealing with a larger number of senders. An AI-assisted feature that could summarize key changes, flag unusual or unexpected senders, and suggest what to investigate next would also be helpful. That kind of guidance could reduce the time I spend reviewing reports, while still keeping the final decision in the administrator’s hands. Onboarding could be more engaging and thorough. Valimail Monitor gives me a practical way to keep an eye on email authentication across multiple domains. Before using it, I did not have the time to regularly review DMARC reports, especially when they required manual interpretation. I had been using another free tool that later moved to a paid model, so I looked for alternatives. Valimail Monitor’s free tier fit my needs well. It reduces the effort required to review reports and gives me useful visibility into senders and authentication status, without requiring me to assume that every sender is legitimate. I have not measured time savings or dealt with a specific incident, but it makes ongoing monitoring more practical and helps me take a more proactive approach to potential spoofing or authentication issues. It gives us clear, full visibility into who is sending email on behalf of our domain, without the need to manually edit DNS records. The pricing tiers can feel steep for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets. Additionally, setting up initial integrations for complex custom domains can take a bit of extra troubleshooting during onboarding. While the tool is powerful, the user interface can sometimes feel a bit complex when searching through deep log details or troubleshooting specific third-party senders. A more streamlined reporting view would be helpful. Initial onboarding requires careful coordination with internal DNS management teams, so it is not a 100% plug-and-play solution right out of the gate. Valimail solves domain spoofing and phishing risks by automating DMARC enforcement. Before using it, tracking down unauthorized senders was manual and time-consuming. Now, we can easily secure our email domains, which has significantly improved our overall inbox deliverability and protected our brand reputation. We struggled with managing complex SPF and DKIM configurations across multiple third-party tools. Valimail automates this process entirely, allowing us to enforce strict security policies without risking legit email delivery. This saves our IT team hours of maintenance every week.It protects our domain from being impersonated in phishing attacks aimed at our customers and partners.
