It takes away a lot of the heavy lifting we'd otherwise need to do there, and makes it easier to show the value proposition of DMARC to non-technical colleagues. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** As far as I can tell there's not a way to get alerts out of it, or fine tune/configure the data it holds. We can login and see how our emails are doing and that's about it, I wish it had more functionality. After adding my domains it was easy to make sure all my emails were being monitored, and the interface makes it very easy to understand what is going on. Overall, since starting using Valimail I've not had any of the email issues I had before making an account. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** There's not much to dislike, the account overview section of Valimail tells me almost everything I need to know. The graphs are easy to interpret, and I know my mail is getting delivered... if I was going to change anything I'd make the authentication reports easier to access. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Valimail, I had issues with business emails getting blocked by just about every major email company. You usually have to unzip an attachment and then read through lots of XML to find the important parts. When re-enabling the SSO configuration, the Save button doesn't work well while pressing that button after uploading the IdP metadata configuration file (XML). The dialog still appears with the Save button, even the SSO has been re-enabled and a notification email is sent after pressing the Save button. 2. There is a sign-in issue with the non-accepted user and SSO setup. If the SSO is enabled before the invited user clicks on the link of the activation email, then he/she is not able to sign in for the first time accessing Valimail. Currently, our workaround, in this case, is to turn off the SSO and ask him/her to try signing in again. After successful sign-in, we turn on again the SSO and it works well. However, in the future, if we'd like to invite another user to the team, we will have to do it again like that. 3. In the User Management (Users), it would be better if there is an option to re-create the invited user who has a sign-in issue or just delete the current user permanently instead of deactivating that user only. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Valimail solves our challenge in checking the DMARC reports, which are hard to read with the raw data.
