In the past clients were limited in the number of lookups they could have in their SPF record. With Valimail this limitation is gone. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** It is a little tricky to get setup in a multi-tenant environment. Definitely take advantage of their support during the onboarding. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past we did not have a great way to monitor DMARC settings for our customers. This is particularly the case as Valimail support don't seem to be operational during the early afternoons in Aus. So Aussie customers will have to wait the following day for a response **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a managed service provider, clients we may need to onboard several mail senders, hence blowing up our SPF record past the 10 lookup. Unlike similar products, Valimail uses macros to properly flatten the SPF record to just 1 lookup. I find the reporting feature incredibly helpful as it flags illegitimate attempts to send emails pretending to be us and automatically blocks them through the DMARC policy. The setup process was seamless, thanks to the excellent support from Valimail's team. The integration with Okta also proved beneficial, streamlining our management process. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I find it a bit cumbersome to add new IPs manually, as more services could be integrated into the existing list which would simplify the process. Currently, when we receive requests to whitelist specific IPs, we have to handle this manually rather than selecting from a more comprehensive service list.
