We use it regulary and played an important part in stepping up our email security. We used SPF and DKIM failures to identify and resolve issues with SaaS services that were sending emails on behalf of us. We used the free Valimail plan to get started. Setup and implementation were very straightforward just copy and pasting a little bit of code into the DNS. You can also add multiple domains under the same profile. They've also made the setup fully automated if you use one of the DNS hosts that has a direct integration with Valimail. For example, our DNS was on the list, so we entered DNS credentials through their secure portal and you're good to go within minutes. In addition to DMARC, it also monitors SPF and DKIM which is nice. We have it connected and running all the time and pop in when we need to check or verify that we aren't have any issues. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about Valimail. I'm on a free plan and there's no customer support other than the AI and their help docs. But that's to be expected for a free software. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to get our DMARC issues figured out and are constantly monitoring. It also helped us with SPF issues as well. It works with both our old domain and our new domain, and we can pop in whenever needed to check. It tells me what senders are failing and for what reason which makes it much easier to fix any issues. It was extremely easy to set up and get working especially if you already have SPF and DKIM in place. Customer support has helped with any questions and are pretty quick. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I only wish the details for the statistics were a little bit more in depth. Sometimes it will say Office 365 is passing all checks but then another Office 365 sender will fail on all and I can't tell which on specifically. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had certain senders sending out mail for us and they were getting failures back. This helped me identify which sender and which part of the DMARC check was failing. Checking that spot everything seemed ok but there was a simple typo.
