The only issue I could possible bring up, which is more of an enhancement request than an actual issue, is that I would love to have the ability to easiliy intigrate other security tools to not only bolster security, but provide data enrichment and correlation capabilities between the different platform data sets. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Valimail provides a unified front-end to manage DNS security for all of our email sending domains. Due to historical compromises in email security, our domain was vulnerable for use in emails by bad-actors. Securing our email using DMARC/DKIM and then monitoring our secured email flow using Valimail, I've been able to see on a regular basis how much bad-actor email was generated (unbeknownst to us), and we've been able to accurately see how our 3rd-party email partners have been able to securely send email on our behalf. For a not-for-profit organization to have access to tools like this is really beneficial. Knowing where we are at with our email security helps us stay on top of other potential gaps or sources of malicious activity. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I honestly have no downsides. I'm easily able to view everything I feel I need from a really simple user interface. So if there was the ability to flag a sender and maybe get a copy of the email that failed DMARC. It is a great alternative to even get started on a custom solution to receive DMARC reports **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I have been missing an option to send an email and be able to immediately verify aligment of the email through their service, and had to use a 3rd party service for it. Also it would have been great to be able to configure BIMI and MTA-STA help directly in their service too, but maybe those are just options I have not figured out yet. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves DMARC monitoring for us so that we have a place to automatically send DMARC reports to instead of setting up a custom solution for it that we would maintain.
