Easily organized and appreciate the ability to click and drill down easily. Decent enough for being on the free plan. Set up was easy on our end as well. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** As mentioned, we are on the free plan and I wish that in the navigation it was more clear about which reports/views would not be covered. You click through to view, only to find out you'd need to upgrade — and not great viz on how much more you *would* get with an upgrade. That parts a bummer. I also wish some explanations where slightly less technical. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** DMARC monitoring/auth. I needed to point my DMARC reports someplace so I was happy to learn Valimail would receive those for free. I can see all the valuable information broken down into the appropriate graphs and sections for my monitoring, and with one click, able to quickly assess more detailed data. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** I am not a power user regularly, so I won't be able to state anything I dislike about this product. However, I would like to see more features being available for the DMARC fails monitoring dashboard to display the graphs and data in user-custom manner. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to view DMARC fail information and details that we have been able to use to improve our mail policies and DMARC, SPF and DKIM config. It takes away a lot of the heavy lifting we'd otherwise need to do there, and makes it easier to show the value proposition of DMARC to non-technical colleagues. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** As far as I can tell there's not a way to get alerts out of it, or fine tune/configure the data it holds. We can login and see how our emails are doing and that's about it, I wish it had more functionality. Maybe it's just a free tier problem but I've used this at two companies and I do wish it could do more. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** DMARC report aggregation and processing, making it easier for us to figure out how our emails are performing and where (if any) the trouble spots are. The interface is user-friendly and not hard to navigate. To monitor your dmarc is very easy to set up and monitor. **What do you dislike about Valimail?** There is not enough insight on the free version to investigate malicious senders. By giving more insight on which servers is sending the emails would help a lot. **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Valimail is solving a very expensive dmarc monitor solution, because valimail dmarc monitor is free.
