Once you set up the system, it holds all the business inside. We integrated it with our ERP via API. It takes all inventory, prepares all the data and uploads it to our eBay, Etsy, Shopify and B2B catalogs.

The system is very robust, packed with integrations like live gold prices, GIA and IGI - it saves a lot of work updating prices. They upload new features every week, it's impressive.

Lately, they add lots of AI tools. From their support, to assisting in data management, to images improvement - they keep adding all the time. We haven't started to use them actively yet, but I'm glad I don't need to start searching myself.

To be successful we recognized that our process was time consuming so we built a custom system and it worked very well until the marketplaces make changes, also, when things went wrong, only we can support our own system and this to became a time waster.

Having built my own system, I understand the details of what's required beyond your average user. My goal was always to make things super efficient and easy so my staff and new staff can easily learn to use it.

We decided to try valigara among other systems. What stood out with valigara the most was the support staff and I personally feel this is the most important key to success. Since every user has different needs it's important to have support which is responsive in both listitining to your needs, explaining the options and creating new features based on feedback.

This is where Valigara really came through, way beyond what their competitors do.

I worked with Max via screen sharing which was super helpful to learn and to setup the multitude of features. Most importantly he listened to my feedback and when it made sense, they added features that we spoke about in a timely fashion - that is not ordinary with other systems.

We use valigara for eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Facebook. There is a lot to setup but once it's done, we had no trouble.

My suggestion to new users is to give real thought to your process because valigara is highly customizable and you want to build it out in a way that fits your workflow. Remember, no system is perfect, but the team behind the system that is responsive to users and keeps up with marketplace changes is the one you want.
