I find it very nice to work with Validsign, the program indicates itself how to use it. I find it super easy when you need to place someone's signature that there are markers so that the person who has to sign can always draw straight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I find very annoying is that it sometimes goes a bit slow and that it quickly falls out, I think this is more related to a safety issue. Furthermore, it could generally go a bit faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While testing the new release it was not possible to test with your own company settings, now that the release is live, we have a few problems that are'nt fixed yet, whitin the next releases we hope to test in our own profiles. Some features don't work optimally:

- It is very hard to make a ValdSign text fit in with the aesthetics of the uploaded document.

- With every change it creates a tiny pop-up. That feels a bit cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easily disable drawing requests, overview of all transactions and which actions are still pending. The notification emails are also very nice. Interface looks nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For internal colleagues, a verification method must also be chosen. We work with assistants who issue signing requests for us, for example, contracts for solar panels. We do not need to sign this contract ourselves, but we are ultimately responsible for the fully signed document. Unfortunately, we cannot access these transactions to send reminders, for example. Approving the final annual accounts of a client has never been easier. The client can sign the documents in a safe and simple manner. Afterwards, they are presented in a clear overview so that we can submit the returns to the Tax Office with a single glance at the screen.

At this moment, we see that approval can only be done via an email address and phone number. We would like to see if it could also be possible (in the future) with verification via the fingerprint scanner on the phone (or something similar). This lowers the barrier even further. Sometimes I forget to add the document. Yes, this is true ;-)

When that's the case I get a warning in de section about adding the document. When there are a lot of recipients the warning is not on my screen. Is it an idea in case you forget to add the document, to open the section on a separate screen "in your face"? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
