What I like about ValidSign is that I can easily upload a document into the system and designate contacts based on how often I send them documents. Also, the system is fast and I can keep an eye on whether a document is pending or already completed.

I can select multiple ways for a person to sign, for example graphically or by clicking, this way I can take into account the preferences of colleagues. The only aspect that is inconvenient about ValidSign is that the system sends an automatic email to the person who needs to sign the document, but you cannot compose this email by yourself and it doesn't show up in your mailbox as sent. I cannot see what is being written, so I don't know if the language used in the email is formal or not.
