The thing I like the most of application is the user friendly look and feel when working with the application. All buttons and features are on the right spot and it's easy to navigate through the different levels and pages of the web app. Also the new dashboards creates a lot of oversight. The thing I dislike the most is the fact that you cannot access past transactions older than 30 days which is a bit of a pity. Also I miss a feature which enables to manage separate BULK transactions with one entry. For instance, 1 upload and 1 entry of a general/empty template which can be signed individually as seperate transactions by 30 or 40 franchise companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to both sign files via email and send files without signing in a package. An accompanying letter can be added so that clients also know what they are receiving and how to sign. Finally, the interface is intuitive, resulting in few questions from clients and allowing them to easily follow the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All files, especially in the case of multiple files, are downloaded as a ZIP file. This is not always very practical. Additionally, if there are many files and the last page needs to be signed, a lot of clicking through is required. Not always convenient when a client (or you yourself) is in a hurry. What is most helpful, is that I can offer any type of document that I wish to be signed. I can have it sent to multiple people, I can put in a certain order of signing, I can send people reminders... I have been using this platform for a bit over a year now and I recommend it to anyone that wants to digitize in signing documents!

Customers love it too; whether they are on holiday or aren't close to a printer and scanner, they can even sign the documents via their mobile phone when they are on the beach! (as long as they have reception) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the new release came out a little while ago, I had some issues with uploading bigger documents to be signed. And this was right around the time I needed to get many bigger documents signed! The thing I like best is the fact that it offers a very userfriendly way to sign documents. Before, we had to pass the document to each individual that had to sign which is, certainly in big corporations, quite a challenge. The thing they could improve is the option to apply a signature to every page. For example, if someone has to sign each page, now you have to apply the box to each page individually. User friendly! nice layout and it speaks for itself how it works! Also on the website, we can see who has signed the contract and who still needs to sign the contract. Would be perfect for our business to have a standard message coming with the contract to the customer. Saves us a lot of time and work!
