The thing I like the most of application is the user friendly look and feel when working with the application. All buttons and features are on the right spot and it's easy to navigate through the different levels and pages of the web app. Also the new dashboards creates a lot of oversight. The thing I dislike the most is the fact that you cannot access past transactions older than 30 days which is a bit of a pity. Also I miss a feature which enables to manage separate BULK transactions with one entry. The ability to both sign files via email and send files without signing in a package. An accompanying letter can be added so that clients also know what they are receiving and how to sign. What is most helpful, is that I can offer any type of document that I wish to be signed. I can have it sent to multiple people, I can put in a certain order of signing, I can send people reminders... I have been using this platform for a bit over a year now and I recommend it to anyone that wants to digitize in signing documents! Customers love it too; whether they are on holiday or aren't close to a printer and scanner, they can even sign the documents via their mobile phone when they are on the beach! When the new release came out a little while ago, I had some issues with uploading bigger documents to be signed. And this was right around the time I needed to get many bigger documents signed! I have contacted ValidSign about this when I ran into this issue and they responded promptly and kept me updated about the developments around solving the issue! Other than that, in general, I notice that I receive signed documents much quicker than when I sent them through e-mail (and then the client had to print the document, sign it, scan it and send it back per e-mail). The thing I like best is the fact that it offers a very userfriendly way to sign documents. Before, we had to pass the document to each individual that had to sign which is, certainly in big corporations, quite a challenge. For example, if someone has to sign each page, now you have to apply the box to each page individually. Also on the website, we can see who has signed the contract and who still needs to sign the contract. We buy multiple second-handed kitchens a day and for every sale, we need to send a contract, that's where we use valid sign for! before we used valid sign we changed the word document into a PDF file, which is a lot of work and people could change the contracts if they want. People also needed to print out the contract, sign it with a pen, scanned it in or made a picture and send it to us. So not only for us but also for our clients, it is very useful!!
