Even for third parties who need to sign a document, the email is clear, readable, and simple to use. Signing by multiple parties and/or individuals can be easily set up, even with the order of signing. **What do you dislike about ValidSign?** Make frequent use of templates, which consist of multiple separate components. When moving a template to another place in a document, I currently still have to move all the separate components individually. This is known to ValidSign and hopefully will be resolved in a future update, making this usage (even) easier. **What problems is ValidSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because we cannot assist customers in person (Covid-19), signing application forms, planning damage agreements, and land sales is possible digitally. It has also become a useful tool for customers who are not from the area (future residents of Doesburg). Additionally, we certify the documents that are part of an environmental permit with ValidSign. At the moment, we are experiencing that this is not running so smoothly due to a problem that is now known to ValidSign. Also, the stability of the integration is sometimes a bit less. Before we had to find the people who had to sign at the office, but sometimes you missed out, and then you had to wait for the day after. The visual dashboard and menubuttons look clear as well and easy to use. With Validsign, we have been able to optimize this process and have better control over receiving the signed documents back. Due to COVID-19, office occupancy was limited over the past year and a half. However, the digital signing did not cause any delays; on the contrary, it actually accelerated the processing of documents. We recently had an error message when deleting documents. The helpdesk immediately investigated it and explained it to us. It turned out not to be an error message but a notification that we were not authorized for something.
