Dactic is excellent for getting the "why" behind user preferences. We used it to validate design choices (like list vs. table views) and the qualitative summaries were very helpful. It is important to understand what this tool is not. It is not a traditional User Testing tool (like Maze or UserTesting.com); you won't get heatmaps, click-tracking, or screen recordings of users trying to navigate your prototype. It is strictly for conversational feedback. Also, while the AI facilitator is a great feature, I felt it could have probed deeper in some instances.
