AUTOMATA is report-writing automation built for school and clinical psychologists. Drop in the PDFs you already have — score reports, rating scales, prior evaluations and student records — and every score lands in one data sheet linked to its source page. Once you've checked the data, AUTOMATA writes the report in your own template and voice: it builds the score tables, graphs the scores, discusses each data point in relation to the student's suspected disability (or lack of one), and adds score-specific recommendations based on eligibility. Every claim is checked before you see it. Scores in the prose are matched to the tables, descriptors are matched to the publisher's bands, and required sections and formatting are audited. Nothing is invented — a missing score leaves the sentence blank and flagged — and nothing is finalized until you approve it. A report that used to take about 5 hours takes about 30 minutes. AUTOMATA covers initial evaluations, triennials and re-evaluations, with eligibility reasoning laid out step by step. Supported instruments include the WISC-V, WJ IV, WRAML-3, BASC-3, Vineland-3, Piers-Harris 3 and common rating scales, with more being added. Student names and identifiers stay in your own files and systems. Drafting runs on de-identified records, and the report is reassembled on your side.
