What do you like best about Valence?

I think the best part is thea biliuty to use this for you engagment, and as a user I think it makes the most sense to do this with integrations, via email or messaging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Valence?

The nicest thing would be is if I could give direct but anonymous feedback directly to someone, although I do see the issue with that. The use case is when I have feedback for a manager on a project Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Valence solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is now at least a line of communication, some transparency, and support from our team now that we use this tool and engagement software. I would recommend it, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
