Valets check cars in from a phone or tablet in a few seconds. One photo can fill in the plate, make, model and color using vehicle recognition. The app records the parking zone, spot number and key hook for every car. It also captures up to ten damage photos at check-in, which lock as a permanent record once the car is parked. Guests get a text message with a private tracking link. There is no app to download and no account to create. From that link they can watch their car's status, request it back with one tap, pay by card, and rate their visit. Managers run everything from a web dashboard: - Locations, parking zones and key boards - Staff roles and access by location - Pricing: hourly, daily, overnight, flat and tiered rates - Tax, tips and discount codes - Reports on revenue, retrieval times, staff performance and guest feedback Every action on a ticket is logged in a history that no one can edit or delete. The valet app keeps working with no signal, so it can be used in underground garages. Changes sync automatically once a connection returns. Card payments run through the operator's own Stripe account, so funds go straight to the operator. One account can run multiple locations, with each company's data kept fully separate.
