The pre-defined templates, task management capabilities, document management, and collaboration features help improve team productivity and day-to-day work organization. The startup-friendly pricing model is also appreciated, as it enables smaller teams to adopt and evaluate the product before scaling. **What do you dislike about Vaiz?** This is not really something I dislike, but based on using the feedback, wanted to suggest few improvements which can enhance this product further - 1) On the Home Dashboard, it would be more useful if the "Tasks assigned to me" widget displayed only open tasks by default instead of including completed tasks. As a future enhancement, allowing users to customize the widget (for example, Open, All, or Completed tasks) based on their preference would provide greater flexibility. 2) Providing an option to reorder custom fields within a board would improve usability, as fields currently appear only in the order they are created. 3) Introducing a Defect Management board template with commonly used defect tracking fields and workflow would be beneficial for QA and testing teams. Right now we can use existing boards and add custom fields as needed for QA as a workaround. **What problems is Vaiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a single tool to manage Backlog Planning, Task Tracking & Prioritization, Document Management, and Defect Tracking, and Vaiz has proven to be an excellent fit for these needs. ### 2. For us, Vaiz feels like something bigger and more flexible than Trello, while still remaining easy to use. We also like their client-oriented approach: the team listens, responds, and actively develops the product. **What do you dislike about Vaiz?** Some features we requested last year have not been implemented yet. For example, we still need more detailed permission levels, such as separate edit access for specific points or cards per user. However, the team is developing actively, so we see good potential. **What problems is Vaiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem Vaiz solves for us at Persolute.ai is keeping many different AI startup projects in one organized workspace. We manage dozens of projects with their own documentation, Kanban boards, roles, workflows, and custom parameters, so having everything in one place is very important. Vaiz also helps us separate access levels for the team, assign roles more clearly, and keep task workflows understandable. It's especially nice that it's free, which suits our young company. I also appreciate the availability of integrations and the ability to share documents with the team, which makes management simple. The ability to use VAIZ for creating a CRM is also convenient. The startup's potential and growth are pleasing, as I plan to continue using VAIZ as the number of documents in my company increases. I enjoy using tables and their structuring, as well as the fact that links are saved and not lost. All of this makes the system very convenient to use. **What do you dislike about Vaiz?** It seems to me that there is a slight tendency towards interface overload, not everyone needs dashboards. I would probably add a function to remove unnecessary windows, hide them. Because it seems to me, the simpler, the better. Although dashboards help with a large volume of tasks, personally, they haven't been of much use to me yet. **What problems is Vaiz solving and how is that benefiting you?** VAIZ stores all documents in one place, which is convenient. This enables direct interaction with the workspace — generating reports, requesting analytics, and even creating tasks — which significantly expands how the system can be used in practice. **What do you dislike about Vaiz?** There’s very little to criticize - overall, the experience has been very positive and the product feels well thought out. If anything, one feature that would significantly improve workflows is the ability to perform bulk actions on tasks (e.g., updating multiple tasks at once). What stands out most is the MCP connection support — being able to query and sync Vaiz tickets from within our connected tools has eliminated much of the manual back-and-forth. That makes it far easier to keep cross-functional issues (compliance, engineering, ops) visible without switching between apps. Also the fact that it's free for up to 10 users meant we could onboard the whole team without a budget conversation **What do you dislike about Vaiz?** I mostly have to use it on desktop, which isn't ideal when I'm away from my desk.
