When we get inbound leads, I use Vainu to check out the companies and import them into Dynamics as a sales opportunity. Vainu provides us with plenty of helpful information and is also very customizable (you can create lists for your ideal customers, inbound leads, competitors, etc.). I've used multiple different tools for prospecting & keeping up with customers, but I usually felt a bit disappointed or simply stopped using the software.
