I'm an online course creator and online educator. Vadoo has been easy to use when hosting encrypted content that I want to embed on my website(s) or learning management systems. I like the available customizations for videos (e.g. change watermarks, play icons, and colors). It really gives the feeling you're branding videos as your own. I'm a sucker for good UI, and I feel that—although they have made a recent UI update, it can be improved. They have folders, but I wish additional descending subfolders could be created (like in Loom). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first, I was a little bit skeptical when I got Vadoo as a deal on AppSumo. I mean a lot of deals on app sumo flock pretty much quickly...sorry App Sumo.

But Vadoo is different.

Unlike Vimeo, it offers way more storage and features, like screen recording or Domain Security and encryption of your videos. Vadoo basically takes multiple video software and puts them all into one hyper software that you can use on a daily basis.

And by the way, their plans are awesome for that price point.

So why use all of these services/plugins when you can set it all up in a dashboard of a single tool.

Looking at the roadmap and their help center work seems like Vadoo has a big future.

I know they are new on the market. But they still have a lot of improvement to do.

First of all I'm not a big fan of the interface, it can be better designed, more smooth, and appealing. I mean it gets the job done, but in 2021 we want something that sparks that new tech vibe if you know what I mean by that.

Also, Full HD should be available from the entry offer, since Full HD is now something you expect in as I said 2021. So please add that feature to the first tier and I'm sure a lot of people will switch over from Vimeo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was shocked when started using it.

3 main things that I love.

1. So easy to navigate for non-techies.

2. Uploading videos, password protection, CTA

3. Great team behind the product who really cares and listens to their customers.

Third point is the main one for me.

In couple of months team did a very huge work.

Much more than just hosting, videos can have call to action buttons, video landing pages and video bubbles. What I like best is the great development team who releases updates on a regular basis. Storage limits are also very generous. Security is important for me, the hosted videos cannot be easily downloaded (right click disabled) and can even password protect videos. No per-video integrations and data collection (yet, anyway)

Fragmented product focus - some features don't seem to "fit" into the overall picture (e.g. screencapture)...but tha'ts just my opinion! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the large storage limits, ability to brand individual videos and the calls to action. The ability to request videos from customers is fantastic as are all the ways to serve your video via links, email, and multiple website options. Integration with Amazon S3 and google drive is very useful. I also find c-name integration very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is challenging is: even in the top tier level, support is only available by email at the moment and is quite slow to respond. I believe they are working on this. Another drawback is that when you setup your sub-domain the landing page is still branded (very heavily) with VadooTv branding. It would be great to be able to brand this ourselves to have a true white-labelled experience.

I would also love to see a per video limit larger than 1.5G

I had been searching for a platform that could be a comprehensive hosting solution for all of my different kinds of content, and Vadoo has been that platform for the last six months.

My dislikes are purely cosmetic. The platform takes some getting used to. There's a lot of features, and when you start it wasn't intuitive to me. Once I began using it, I memorized where all of the features were, and came up with a process that works for me. It's all there, you just have to find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EXCELLENT Do not judge a book by its cover! Vadoo interface is smooth and fast. It just works flawlessly. Furthermore, Vadoo's Team Listens to the different requests and takes user feedback very seriously. There have been many upgrades to the app since I first purchased and it gets better and better. 1. The UI gets a bit of getting used. Vadoo has added a lot of features and a UI clean-up could be good to simplify the settings.

2. Could work to improve the HLS Encryption to make it better compared to other video hosting.

3. More API documentation and expansion can be added
