We want to nurture our community to provide more added value than just our products. This way we show them that we care about their ideas, feelings, and contributions, as we want to build a close tribe of users. Uuki provides an environment where people can exchange ideas, share content, and collaborate on projects. These communities engage customers, increase retention, and increase word-of-mouth. We feel this is the easiest way to partner with our clients, build communities together (instead of just a blog, or something like that). I'm using UUKI for a personal startup project and the experience is the most confortable and easy. You don't have to worry about anything really besides just a basic initial configuration. The SMTP email and PWA requires an extra monthly addon to be considered. Additionally UUKI growing up as of today so functionality is the standard, enough, but there are some interesting features promised in the roadmap that I can't wait to see! I needed an easy to setup multi-tool solution (posts, discussions, courses, private communities, etc), integrating engagement gamification and monetization gateway, with built-in spam protection. I found as as good plus having integrated an IA tool for efficiency, and SSO competitor's logins for authentication. There is a good feel to Uuki, the ability to have a community off a social media platform is great. For those with Fb groups you never know if a sneeze is going to set off the cancelation of your group. I like that Uuki has an app that can be downloaded easily. What do you dislike about Uuki? When setting up the community there isnt clear instructions on types of files needed and or their size. Do i need at 180x180 for the logo? It allows me to store documents and information in one place and control the feedback and comments as well. The customization options allows me to create a unique and white-labeled community space that truly represents my vision. The best feature is the ability to host virtual events and webinars directly on the platform using my Zoom account. The only downside is the user interface is slightly generic in its appearnce. The customizations do not appear to orient at times. It would be nice to have more automations built-in. Getting started was really easy and the instructions and tutorials were clear. I like also that I can categorize out the different areas within my community so that people can pick and choose the specific areas that interest them instead of just 1 big group with mixed content. With community platforms becoming the new rage, Uuki is bringing a lot of potential and promise to the forefront. What I look for in a community asset is speed and efficiency. There are other things like connecting to members and content delivery of course, but if the platform is clinky and garbage nothing else will be able to flow for me. Uuki nails this as well and opens the door for so much potential In the future. I HIGHLY recommend checking Uuki out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Uuki? My only complaint is the processing fee cuts they want to take. Even with the Appsumo full stack deal I feel like 5% is a bit much.
