VacYEY is a cloud HR platform for a fully electronic employee file and leave management, built for companies in Bulgaria. Employees request leave online, managers approve through configurable approval chains, and HR sees real-time leave balances. Employment contracts, annexes and orders are signed directly in the system with qualified electronic signatures (QES) by both management and employees - no paper, no spreadsheets. Full audit trail, role-based access and pricing from EUR 1 per employee per month.
