It’s incredibly easy to set up and keeps our fully remote team’s calendars perfectly in sync! What really elevates Vacation Tracker, though, is their support team! Any situation I have ever taken to them (calendar change transitions, bulk updates, situational support requests, etc.) the vacation tracker team has been amazing at jumping in and helping us through it! They offer fast, thoughtful responses, creative solutions, and genuine enthusiasm. Their proactive communication and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a routine ticket into a standout customer experience! **What do you dislike about Vacation Tracker?** I honestly have no dislikes—Vacation Tracker has been a great and dependable solution for our team! **What problems is Vacation Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vacation Tracker solves the challenge of managing time off across a fully remote, geographically distributed team with varying statutory holidays and vacation policies.
