It answers every call on your existing number, 24x7 and up to ten at once, in Gujarati, Hindi or English, including callers who mix them in one sentence. It finishes the job on the call: it answers questions from your own documents or website, books, reschedules and cancels appointments against your real availability, and sends the confirmation on WhatsApp, SMS or email before the caller hangs up. Callers who are ready to buy, or who need a person, are transferred to your team with office-hours rules. You keep your number with call forwarding. Every call arrives in your dashboard with a summary, outcome, recording and transcript, and results go to Google Sheets, Slack, your CRM, n8n or any system through webhooks and the public API.
