What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

1) Excellent in deploying a pre-made software application.

2) Cost is not too high, and I like the idea of pay as you use.

3) Easy to allocate resources and payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

1) Cannot copy and paste the text. It makes it very difficult to write code.

2) It Slows down sometimes. Very rarely though. It is often faster than the on-premises systems, which is surprising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your feedback. This is greatly appreciated. Copy and paste usually is automatic. You need to allow the clipboard to be shared. We can review this together and fix this. Some MacOS versions will require setting a special keyboard shortcut.

"Best solution for accessing the remote desktop"

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

User Interface is very easy to use and reposnive. Tool is very secure and robust. It is available on mobile abd desktop. Easy to access and troubleshooting remote system very easily. Also customer support is incredible it resolves the issue on the spot. It is cheaper then others solutios available in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Sometimes lags when internet bandwidth is poor. It doesn't support copy past text. Otherwise it is perfect solution for access system and troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recommend a bandwidth of 10mbps up and down for a smooth experience with our service. Please reach out to our Customer Success team at success@v2cloud.com, maybe there is something we can tweak to decrease lags.

It works by default in our environment. Please reach out to the above-mentioned email address and we will happily fix this with you. There must be a setting not enabled somewhere on your system.

Not certain yet, its only my third week using it. I dont see a way to easily change the geographic location of the vm or change the datacenter.
