"I was skeptical at first but it works exactly as promised"

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

t works exactly like our in-house server did. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even Intuit Proseries works whereas Intuit says it only works on thier cloud system. It is fast and we can access it from any of our locations. I highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first at promises of look and feel and speed of responsiveness. But, everything works just as promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Unfortunately we have to reboot the server on V2 more often than we did with our in-house server, which means get everyone out and then reboot. But it reboots faster than our in-house server did so it is not too much trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

We moved our cloud services from Microsoft Azzure and have not regretted it.

We find v2cloud easy to use, easy to make changes and their support staff are quick to respond to any querries we have. We found the implementation really easy and was quick to set up. We like that changes to our server can be done easly and remotely without any assistance from v2cloud. Need more storage, just log in, make the change, reboot the server and you have it. Need more resourses for your server, again just click a few boxes and it is done instantly, even when we went for a larger server, meaning a new location, the upgrade took less than 30 minutes and we were back up and running. We use our server with 10 users and it is used daily by our staff both in the office and out in the field. We like that we can use Remote Desktop in the office on the PS's and a web browser while out and about, even on iPads. We have found the integration into our systems really easy too. I would recommend them 100% as we have not had any issues or downtime to date.

We wanted to link our office printers to the server, this was handled esily by v2cloud, assisting us in setting up a VPN and adding the printer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing is more easier than to spin up a new VM. In some seconds we have our windows machine readu=y to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

I have been super-impressed with the quality of the technical support I have received for setting up Windows VMs in the v2 cloud. They have been fast, and accomodating. And one thing I really like is the fact that v2 does not nickel and dime me whenever I need something done or added to our environment. V2 offers fairly-priced services, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

I have no complaints after a month+ of using v2. Seems like a solid service so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uptime is a huge part of using v2, and they have tremendously improved problems we faced using our old local office-based and home-based computers. We no longer need to worry about power outages or local internet putages pr anything like that. Plus, the stability of our applicatyions in the v2 cloud is way better. "Speed is the key..."

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

I've used all the others, they lag so far behind the keystrokes and mouse movements you minimize log ins because it's so frustrating. Not with V2. Incredibly responsive, just way better than any of the competition. Very responsive customer support also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

I needed a virtualized environment for a 3rd party CAD application that would allow app access to the software. I tested out various companies and V2 was by far the easiest to work with. The support is top-notch and has never failed to help me out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

The major downside is not having the ability to save money by turning off the machine. This is offered by many cloud providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

V2 Cloud is solving the problem of running an AutoCAD-type product that shares a SQL database. They need to be on the same network and V2 was able to save me time from purchasing physical hardware. The initial investment of hardware without knowing the optimal specs needed for an application was an expensive venture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
