What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

We've been using V2 for a little over 4 years. It is a pretty standard remote desktop. It is easy to use. Usually it works well. sometimes it is a bit glitchy, but not often. It is easy to save documents locally and print locally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Their base plan has VERY limited storage. We only use the remote desktop to host one Quickbooks file. Even with only that, it is maxing out the local storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

The speed of the connection. How easy it is to use. Quick replies from support. Cheap monthly prices and ease of cancellation of plan if necessary. Nice selection of ip's to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?

Copy/paste features obsolete. File transfer mode is limited. Sometimes it times out or has a connection problem. You can't change the browser size or it risks resettings your connection completely and then you have to log out and back in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solution for my business"

What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

I was always looking for a practical solution for my company. I managed to digitize my work and I no longer need a physical space to work. They have excellent customer service, it is very easy to use, and it also integrates with everything I need. I use it every day and implement it in each of my projects. What do you like best about V2 Cloud?

Everyone is always available for 24/7 support. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes for help with an issue and I have never ended a discussion with an issue unresolved.

The ease of use and implementation is terrific, and the pricing is extremely competitive compared to similar products in the market.
