Adding a printer is very hard, also Office 365 is a issue

Our staff is based in many countries and the easy for them to join, there no cost from Nexus Travel for Hardware , You can switch then system on and off in seconds

In my opinion, V2 could be one of the strongest companies that provide remote access. It is much faster, simpler, and more convenient than the TeamViewer. Woudl higlhy recommend it!

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Sometimes we experience screen freeze or internet disconnection, but they happen quite rarely. A simple log-off/log-in fixes the problem.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the problem of remote access to applications and the ability to view the screen in case if there are any problems.

I have been looking for a Windows Virtual Desktop that is reliable for my Virtual Assistants to use.  V2 Cloud has excellent chat & email support, and helped me seamlessly set up my options for my account!  I highly recommend them!!

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

There is nothing I dislike, V2 Cloud has an easy-to-use interface and great chat support to get you started.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Runnng *.exe software in a Windows 10 based PC through the V2 cloud Desktops.

**What do you like best about V2 Cloud?**

V2 Cloud was very responsive to my issues when setting up as a first time user of DaaS offerings. We liked the features offered and the price is very reasonable for the level of personal support offered. That level of support and care is almost unheard of in the current B2B environment. This company is setting themselves apart.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

The phone app does not allow RDP, which would be nice to have the option of. Streaming only on phone, but it still works fine.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a distributed workforce across 3 continents, so allowing us to have a virtual "office" is extremely useful. We will also be reselling these service to our clients.

Transitioning from another hosting company to V2 was fantastic, considering how complicated the process would typically be.

There is basically nothing to dislike.  Everything is working better than expected

At first, there were issues connecting to local printers and configuring multiple screen settings.  The tech support response is very quick.   The performance of my business has increased due to the ability to process work remotely

All of the other VDesk options I looked into were very expensive and overly complicated for the average SMB user. V2 Cloud was easy to setup, configure, and use. We've been very pleased with the decision to use V2 Cloud for our VDesk needs

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

I wish that the screen sharing worked in RDP mode as well as in Webconnect mode, but I do appreciate having both options for connections. Web connect makes quick connections very easy!

**Recommendations to others considering V2 Cloud:**

This is the best option I've found for the SMB market.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Or company has moved 100% virtual since Covid, All emplyees are remote now. V2 Cloud allows us to hire from anywhere and not have to invest in costly hardware for emplyees that may or may not work out. Better control over apps and installations as well.

**What do you like best about V2 Cloud?**

Really fast virtual machine. Allows me to run iMacros - as a user of an M1 mac, having a virtual machine with windows software is great for running these systems. Also runs really fast and works easily in the background.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Pricing is expensive. The cheapest virtual machine is $40 a month, and if you want to delete and create a new one, its another $40. If you want faster service and better machine performance it runs at $70.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was able to easily run windows only software, and managed to create all my iMacros workflows easily running them in the background without taking too much of my machine's CPU.

V2 Cloud is a much cheaper solution compared to Amazon Server. They have all the most important features that we needed for a server, without having to make a complicated setup.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Until now we didn't have any bad experience with the server. Maybe they could have better prices for storage in the future. The prices are not bad, but because they do all the setup, it can be more expensive.

We are a construction company and we used Amazon Server before. For each user, we had to pay almost $600. Now, we pay a fraction of this price, with the same benefits. We are very satisfied

I can manage users online, provide remote support with one click from the browser, access everything from the web, easily create app one access.

The connection seems to be a bit slower than other providers I've used. Not too bad, but not too good either.

Enabling remote work, giving clients access to the app they need and nothing else.

**What do you like best about V2 Cloud?**

For a couple of hundred dollars a month I have replaced my entire IT infrastructure with something that's more reliable, scalable and with a network/windows expert on tap. This is saving me a fortune.

The product is reliable, but the support is superb. Every time I have contacted support, I get a response in minutes, and my problem is promptly resolved. The staff are helpful, professional and knowledgeable. And it's all so cheap.

No problems with hardware crashes and lost data, a platform I can build/deploy private applications on, without worrying about networking, security, or backup. 

I wish I'd found them a year ago when I started the business.
I cannot recomend them highly enough.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Not a thing. This question seems to require a minimum response length and I have nothing further to add.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reliability. Staff are now working on a platform that pretty much cant break down. So no problems with data loss due to hardware crashes etc.
If they do "break" something, there's an expert on tap that can fix it pretty much instantly.

I am an application developer, so I want to build/deploy a series of software applications to automate many of the currently manual functions. But I'm not a network or security guy. Now I have a secure platform where security is built in and I have a network specialist on tap to resolve any and all problems in that area. This has saved me hugely in time, learning curve and expense.

**What do you like best about V2 Cloud?**

The system can be implemented, and managed, by anyone with even the most rudimentary knowledge of Windows. No Server, Networking or credentialling expertise required.

I had my team and I up and running within 5 minutes - I just added an additional user in a minute, and upgrade RAM from 8GB to 16GB with two clicks.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

There's not much to dislike on the part of V2 Cloud.
The only limitation to our setup (our V2 instance is built on Windows Server 2019) is that we can only use Office Enterprise licences on the system (this is a Windows licensing limitation - not V2's).

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge has been supporting a remote workforce that works on a BYOD platform - whilst ensuring that each user has the necessary computing resources to do their job whilst improving and maintaining Information Security.

I love that v2cloud offers public and private ip addresses, this allows us to work around certain issues with flexibility

I wish I could pause payment on a computer I'm not using.  I had a computer I didn't use for a few months and just decided to destroy it, but I would have kept it if I could just pause it, or pay an insignificant amount to keep it.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can't get into much detail due to NDA, but we are able to solve microbrand security issues.  With multiple computers, separate workers can be held accountable for positives and negatives.

Can't monitor when user is connected via RDP. The service really needs to be used with RDP, which creates a great experience. But then we cannot live view, which was a selling point for us.

Remote workers logging into our accounts via a computer we manage.

Storage space is limited, but not really needed for our use.  All functions work as promised.

There is nothing I "dislike". If I had to nitpick then I'd like the additional RAM to be less expensive and for the IT team to have more knowledge of popular 3rd party software that their clients install.

I needed a cloud desktop for a team of 6 that didn't charge an arm and a leg for additional features and hardware upgrades. V2 Cloud was the answer.

It was effortless and straightforward to set up a virtual desktop, although I did have some issued setting up 2FA for a user this was quickly resolved by the excellent support team over at V2.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Although I had chosen a specific data center, the IP showed up as a different location than was expected. However, support resolved this with a quick message.

We wanted a secure service for remote workers to assess their tools from any device at any time.

I would have liked to use my Business Microsoft 360 rather than switch to Microsoft's Enterprise System.

V2Cloud was easy to sign up, trial, configure and test before deciding to go live.
Support was responsive with help during our trial.
Choice of data center was great so we could position the server close to our end users, and their solution works well with our SSO provider.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Their desktop app to connect doesn't support SSO at this time.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Temporary staff requiring a locked down environment - we can deploy this quickly without complex configuration for our IT staff.

**What do you like best about V2 Cloud?**

We have tried other cloud desktops but none compare to the simplicity of V2 cloud. I like the drop box option it has for Mac users. I love that if I have any issues customer service has a quick turnaround time and have the ability to share screen and help fix whatever issues you may have.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

Any changes you make on your desktop is for your account only. If you want changes done on all employees at once then it will have to be done one-by-one. Emails can be a bit tricky if you would like to use it on the desktop as well.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have a drop box for Mac users to drag and drop easier

V2 Cloud was very easy for us to set for our end users and the App feature made it simple for us to run specific programs

Snapshots are only for 7 days
Would like an option for up to 365 days

Because of the multiuser, some of «old» desktop apps are a little bit complicated to configure. But nothing is impossible.

We have an Apple IT fleet, and mostly all accounting desktop apps are compatible with Windows fleet. We need some Windows to run 3-5 accounting desktop apps.

We love the service's stability and performance. The great experience on high performance didn't change since we started using V2Cloud. The user-friendly admin control panel is also the best feature that gives us complete freedom to set up our virtual machines that meet our business needs.

Customer service on chats sometimes takes a long time before we have their response.

**What do you like best about V2 Cloud?**

After testing several Daas solutions we have enthusiastically settled on V2 for the simple fact that it works as advertised.  We have no issues with any re-direction and we love the ease of over-all use and the amount, or lack of administration needed.  

The most surprising and probably the most important is the responsiveness of the support team, we have had no issues not only contact support, but getting all the resolutions resolved in a timely manner.

The solution is very fast and responsive, and even caught the eye of some of our most critical and skeptical users.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

The only thing I would like to see is better resolution on video, if possible.

Also, I would like to see if the option can be added to use 2 out of a 3 screen setup if possible.

**What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving to a Cloud based solution to offboard in-house management of the systems, and also so we can access our desktops from any location or platform without the need of having to use a vpn.

Also shifting security and backup solution to a third party source is the way to go since Daas companies keep up-to-speed with the latest and greatest security solutions.

The benefits are clear that it is the future, and that it will be a clear benefit especially when we do not have to purchase or keep up with higher end physical equipment/hardware.

The ease of set up was great and required zero technical skills.  Any questions were quickly answered by the support which is responsive. The system is very fast and in the first two months I have not had one issue with reliability.

**What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?**

The only criticism so far is that the support is not 24 hours a day and as I am located in Europe there are some gaps in support hours.

The speed and security of the VM is great.  Anywhere access is also a plus.  Support has also been solid with great follow through.

The main issue would be price. But compared with the competition, they are very competitive.

The problem being solved is for collaboration with remote users.  The maintenance benefit is fantastic.  Ease of use is also great.

An important section is missing in manuals: how to install the program/software so it is shown on all desktops for all cloud computer users, so all of them have access to one program sharing just one database file.
