It also simplifies running the software in a multi-user or network environment. I find that the networking capability, where you use Windows Server on V2 Cloud with terminal services to remote in as unique users, makes it really easy to replicate a network environment. The support team at V2 Cloud has been really helpful in figuring out the issues we had during the setup process. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** I suppose the only thing I can really think of is cost. V2 Cloud, I feel, is priced really well, but it's a big consideration if you already have an existing network and computer environment. I'd say that it wasn't super easy to set up, but the support team at V2 Cloud helped figure out the issues we had. There are always issues when you move legacy desktop software from one environment to another, and there will be security differences and maybe hurdles you already jumped over in your local network. **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use V2 Cloud to virtualize our desktop software, enabling access from anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even Intuit Proseries works whereas Intuit says it only works on thier cloud system. It is fast and we can access it from any of our locations. I highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first at promises of look and feel and speed of responsiveness. But, everything works just as promised. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** Unfortunately we have to reboot the server on V2 more often than we did with our in-house server, which means get everyone out and then reboot. We find v2cloud easy to use, easy to make changes and their support staff are quick to respond to any querries we have. We found the implementation really easy and was quick to set up. We like that changes to our server can be done easly and remotely without any assistance from v2cloud. Need more storage, just log in, make the change, reboot the server and you have it. Need more resourses for your server, again just click a few boxes and it is done instantly, even when we went for a larger server, meaning a new location, the upgrade took less than 30 minutes and we were back up and running. We use our server with 10 users and it is used daily by our staff both in the office and out in the field. We like that we can use Remote Desktop in the office on the PS's and a web browser while out and about, even on iPads. We have found the integration into our systems really easy too. I would recommend them 100% as we have not had any issues or downtime to date. We wanted to link our office printers to the server, this was handled esily by v2cloud, assisting us in setting up a VPN and adding the printer. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** We haven't found anything we do not like yet. **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We like that we can log into our server via a web browser, this was not possible using Microsoft Azzure with our old setup. With V2 Cloud we have an all in cost regardless of CPU usage that provides me the management tools I need to quickly add/modify/troubleshoot users. They help me keep a budgeted VM well managed and after using many other providers I am glad to have found V2 **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** There isn't too much I can find to dislike. The cost of additional memory seems a bit steep but if I compare it across the board at other providers its not far off. Im not super tech-savvy and tried setting up a remote desktop using Azure, however I found it hard to figure out the pricing and compute usage I needed and all the options made me worry that I wasn't chosing the right one. V2 has simple pricing and offerings making it easy for a business owner like myself. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** Nothing really - I wish there were more locations for hosting I suppose but with India now supported it covers almost all bases. **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** So I run a consulting firm that is designed to help organizations have a better presence on social media - specifically linkedin. Needed it quick and same day, took 4 hours but was with me all the way. Took care of everything. **What do you dislike about V2 Cloud?** None so far. Everything has been great. No problems **What problems is V2 Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed reliable WISP plan and remote setup for compliance and reliability and work from anywhere for 2 workers. I had only 24-48 hrs before moving and they market to my specific software needs. Ease of use and quick same day setup.
