This is a totally user-friendly program. There was hardly any training required by our staff. It is a perfect solution for testing by small clients because of no minimum requirements. The flexibility in making selections (and the variety of very targeted selections) add great value to what we can offer our clients. The ease of use the platform provides. I can definitely see a time where I hope to have all of my marketing run through Launchpad. The time and cost savings would be huge. The support staff is incredibly dedicated and often goes above and beyond in their efforts to make the experience as smooth as possible. As far as the data: it delivers on quality AND quantity. The Launchpad products seems to be improving on a regular basis. Most of the features I sought after are either already implemented, or on their way. Launchpad is an intuitive easy to use marketing automation platform that has enabled my company’s auto sales to increase indefinitely. The automotive and consumer databases are essential to finding new prospects. We use the clones application to find customers across the state that look just like our current best customers. From there, we use those prospects to solicit to via the email and direct mail applications. The platform is really simple to navigate, and the time it takes to download lists/schedule campaigns is minuscule compared to our older manual methods we used. The nice thing about V12 is that they are very receptive to feedback. If I ever think something is missing, I can talk to my rep about it and chances are, they already have a solution in the works.
