The thing i dislike most is there is no feature on the website to see timeclock information. Using my phone is nice but it an online feature would be great. As well I do not like that you cannot see the exact time that you clocked in at until after you have clocked out. There needs to be a way to see what time you clocked in with each log before you are cloked out. As well so far I have not seen a way to make notes on old logs if something is incorrect. Geofence shows errors because it tracks the location where the app is opened rather than where an employee logs in/out. No feedback email is sent by the system when a time-off request is approved; have to keep logging into the system to check. The website is not mobile-friendly, cannot access all features (time off requests) by logging in on iPhone browsers. The app store indicates that you can view features using the app, such as pay stubs, but those modules apparently must be purchased separately. No ability to access time sheet on the website.
