**What do you like best about UZIO Payroll & HR?**

It is relatively easy to navigate. Of what I have used, I do like the interface.

**What do you dislike about UZIO Payroll & HR?**

Benefits are very important, and the enrollment for them on UZIO is broken. It is impossible to enter your state and city.

**What problems is UZIO Payroll & HR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is easy to use, but aside from enrolling in benefits, I don't have much experience with it.

**Official Response from Uzio Team:**

> Dear user, thank you for bringing the concern up. The UZIO system absolutely supports the data changes you are mentioning here, but in some circumstances, they must be made by the Employer or Broker. Please reach out to your broker (if any) to make any appropriate data updates during the open enrollment flow. If the issue still persists please reach out to your account manager and we'll be happy to resolve the issue at the earliest. Looking forward to a longer partnrship ahead.
